Jordaan, the most beautiful place in Amsterdam from the canals, in the city center, close to Dam Square, markets and the famous nine streets.
Cute lovely ground floor studio and house above (our own house we rent out when we are on holiday), full free entrance, located in a quiet flowery alley from 1890 in the Jordaan, just steps away from the Anne Frank House, Dam Square and Central Station.
Around the corner from the bustling Rozengracht, with cafes, bars and (food) stores.
And the other side of the nine Streets, with an abundance of design shops, art galleries and quirky shops.
It's antique / modern decorated by artists. The bathroom is tiled with tableaux of the artists/owners.

Immer wieder gerne
Great place in a great location.
Fifteen min walk from Central Station, very close to Anne Frank House. We ( me and my daughter) spent there our long weekend . Comfortable for two or even three, sufficient kitchen, and one of the best locations in town. Close to interesting shops and cafés in Jordaan, which turned out to be a fascinating neighbourhood. I am already planning another visit with older kids. I can only recommend it!
We had a great stay here! The place is beautifully decorated and close to many things. Great bars and places to eat, close to tram stop. Quiet side street away from the hussel and bussel. We'd stay here again!
Quirky, peaceful, spacious studio
We stayed here for the New Year and it was lovely. We are regular visitors to Amsterdam and this studio is one of my favourites. Lots of space inside and so quiet outside, although the church bells do chime but it didn't bother us at all. The outside would be perfect for breakfast during the warmer months. The location is perfect with lots going on close by and walking distance to the centre. The owners couldn't have been nicer and even invited us for a glass of champagne to celebrate New Year. I would recommend this apartment and hope to come back very soon.
Charming apartment, fantastic location
This was my first trip to Amsterdam and I kinda winged my planning. I picked Rozenstudio more for price and availability given my lateness in planning. This apartment turned out to be a great decision. Being off-street and gated provided privacy, quiet, and some outdoor space. The apartment was comfortably furnished. The location in Amsterdam is great in terms of walking, tram, stores/services, etc in a very nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Amsterdam without even looking at other apartment options. If I had anything less than glowing to report there would be two things I noticed: (1) The wifi worked fine, but I did notice a few low strength zones in the apt. Very minor issue. (2) This is an old building so there was a periodic creak or squeak that might annoy light sleepers or very noise sensitive people. I have a few friends who particularly noise-persnickkety and I think they would be ok, but it would be something they'd make sure to bring earplugs to be safe for sleep/naps. Those two issues were totally manageable and would not dissuade me from staying here again in a heartbeat. So glad I lucked up with this apartment and location.
