Photos and Description of this 1 bedroom holiday apartment in Saint-Raphaël

Apartment ideally placed to get out of town without hindrance.

Rent weekend, week or month depending on the time.

Special off-season. (680 euros per month excluding heating).

 Located between St Tropez to the west and Cannes or Monaco in the east this small 2 parts of 34m2 located on the 3rd and last floor of a small building of the 50's is fully equipped for a family of 2 to 4 people (4 with the sofa rapido the show but the hot water comes from a cumulus).

Prices are those of the market given that the first half of August is the most requested. For this period I refuse all rental requests weekly to preserve this fortnight so hard to find whole. Hence its price.

Beautifully situated overlooking the port Santa Lucia, it offers such exceptional views (see photos).

The Santa Lucia harbor is within walking distance and is a shopping center with a supermarket, many restaurants along the water, nightclubs, the Congress Palace. Most of this housing is the proximity of the sea, the city, beaches, restaurants, and entertainment of all kinds especially with the unique Cuban bar in the area: El Camino de Cuba beyond animations also offers various courses of Latin dance.

This Site is rare in a quiet, residential setting, a beautiful cove at the foot of the small building, animation of a marina, miles of sandy beach, proximity to the city center that allows you to leave the car Parking and an exceptional panoramic view of the bay, which extends to Ste Maxime and beyond St Tropez bonus the famous Rock of Roquebrune to the ridges forming 'lying lady'.

Déconvenue

Je ne m’étendrai pas sur la nature de cette déconvenue pour laquelle j'ai pu librement échanger avec Mme Miry et qui ne manquera surement pas de remédier.

Je rejoins les autres critiques sur la localisation appréciable.

Location adaptée à max. 2 pers. pas très exigeant et bouge bouge.

Pour les cyclistes, il n'y a que des arbres pour attacher les vélos.

Excellente situation

Séjournant un mois dans ce joli et confortable appartement nous avons pu en apprecie toutes les facettes

Vues splendides , une crique se trouve a quelques minutes sans route à traverser ,bordée par le sentier du littoral qui permet de decouvrir d' autres criques .Le port Santa Lucia est très proche pour les courses les petits cafés les restaurants, ainsi que Saint Raphaël centre que l on peut rejoindre facilement à pied en 20 minutes

Sans oublier les balades dans l Estérel, les petits villages de l arrière pays ainsi que d autres villes ,Cannes Saint Tropez assez proches ...

Madame Mery est une personne charmante très réactive à la moindre question..Le contact à été bien sympathique

appartement bien situé, jolies vues sur la mer

Nous avons séjourné un mois dans ce logement situé a deux pas du centre ville de St Raphaël. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et soucieux de notre bien être. L'appartement est bien équipé, confortable, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les randonnées dans l'Estérel, les virées en vélo, les balades sur le bord de mer ont rempli nos journées. Nous recommandons aux adeptes du climat méditerranéen et de la nature à séjourner dans cet appartement bien situé.

Très bon séjour.

Un appartement très bien situé. Une vue superbe aussi bien de la pièce à vivre que de la chambre. Environnement très verdoyant.

Un accès à la mer en moins de 3 minutes à pied par un petit sentier. Des commerces et restaurants à moins de 10 minutes à pied.

Je recommande cette appartement (jusqu'à 4 personnes) qui vous offre tout pour passer un excellent séjour sur la Côte d'Azur.

J'espère en profiter au printemps ou en été.

Les propriétaires sont charmants, accueillants et disponibles.

Très bonne localisation et vues magnifiques

Un appartement très bien situé à Saint-Raphaël (avec de très belles vues panoramiques sur la mer côté chambre et salon/salle à manger), même si l'on vient sans voiture (proximité de nombreux restaurants, commerces sans avoir à aller dans le centre). A noter, que Mme Miry, la propriétaire, est venue gentiment nous chercher à la Gare à notre arrivée. Au départ de l'appartement et à pied, beaucoup de petites plages dans des petites calanques à proximité pour se baigner (on a l'embarras du choix moins peuplé que sur les plages centrales de Saint-Raphaël). Au départ de l'appartement également, le sentier littoral magnifique !

Des documentations utiles dans l'appartement dont les horaires de bus desservant les environs.

Nous avons passé un séjour remarquable dans cet appartement ,je le recommanderais a tous ,une vue magnifique sur la mer , a deux pas de la plage et des commerces ,bien situé pour visiter les ville côtières , le seul bémol , c était la superficie et l amenagement du logement , pas trop pratique pour une famille avec enfants .

Well located, St Raphael is at the center of the line Toulon St Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco to the coastline but is also within one hour of the Verdon and Lake St. Croix Gorges regards the Haut Var whose charm is legendary. The 3rd and last floor, you are quiet and in the foreground during the fireworks of 14 July and 15 August.
