What a beautiful villa and location

The owner kindly contact us before we arrived and gave us directions to the villa. He was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us where everything was located. The house is stunning, fully equiped and has real home comforts. The pools was well used and the grand children did not want to leave and would have happily stayed at the villa for the whole time. They had to be dragged away to visit other places on the island but always wanted to go back to our pool. The photos did not do the property justice and is fully equiped for a guests ever need. It is surrounded by oranges, grapes, water and honey dew melons as well as tomatoes which grow just outside the villa. The location seemed isolated but is only ten to fifteen minutes from any town and airport. There is a lovely small village just ten minutes away which is well worth a visit and Ibiza town is full of small alleyways with bars and restaurant. This property is well worth a visit as it is in the perfect location and the owner is the prefect host. The Cox family

The house was spacious, c...

The house was spacious, clean, well furnished and equiped with everything one could need. The pool area was private and relaxing and the pool was deep enough to dive in. There is a cycle route to Santa Gertrudis and it only takes about 10-15 mins to cycle there where there are many nice cafes and restaurants. The family who own the property are very friendly and left wonderful fresh melons grown on their land for us to eat. They even orgainised the cycle hire for us. We had a lovely time and would definately stay there again.

La localización, en El Centro de la isla, perfecto para las excursiones

Algo negativo, por decir algo, tal vez el ruido del tráfico, aunque no es ni mucho menos excesivo

Toni, el propietario, amabilísimo, nos dio todos los detalles para disfrutar de la isla

Sentirse como en casa !!!!

Segundo año que repetimos encantado nuestra instancia en Ibiza con la familia Roig. Su manera de preocuparse por nuestra comodidad y seguridad, de hacer todo lo que este es en su mano para asegurarnos una buena instancia solo puede ser respondido con mayor gratitud y respeto. Su predisposicion es total y se nota mas en los pequeños detalles. La gran variedad de frutas y verduras que ofrece la huerta es sencillamente un regalo. Echaré de menos mis paseos de bici casi a diario alrededor de la isla, mis baños de medianoche en la piscina de la casa, los rincones que Toni me recomendo llevar la familia a cenar y sobretodo la tranquilidad del campo. De nuevo mil gracias a toda la familia Roig por hacernos sentir como en casa !!!! Hasta el año que viene !!!! :)

Lovely villa and friendly owners

We really enjoyed our holiday in Ibiza and our stay at this villa. The owner and his wife made us feel welcome from the start and were friendly, hospitable and always available if there were any problems. The villa is new, built on a raised tier above road level and is very clean (regular changes of towels and weekly cleaning are included), with modern appliances in the kitchen, Wi-Fi, and plenty of space for 5 adults. It is situated in the heart of the island, with fields and orchards growing delicious strawberries and oranges (guests can pick these to squeeze fresh juice for breakfast) on 3 sides. Although there is some road noise as the villa is by a busy road, on the positive side this gives quick access to Santa Gertrudis (where there are numerous good restaurants and shops) and other towns on the island are within an easy drive. A car is essential as there are no shops or beaches within walking distance. The pool is a nice size (bigger than it looks in the photos) and although it is not heated, by the end of June the water had warmed up well. The living accommodation, bedrooms and bathrooms are all upstairs (good mobility needed) whilst downstairs there is a large double garage and storage area. Bedrooms are a good size (very firm mattresses!) with plenty of wardrobe space and good quality fixtures/fittings; the 2 bathrooms are clean and well equipped, and there is a long/wide balcony on the upper floor accessed from the master bedroom or the sitting room, with tables and chairs to enjoy the sunset. We also liked sitting down to breakfast on the balcony early in the morning when there was a nice breeze. Best of all, the owner was always reliable, courteous and polite, letting us know when he needed to access the property, and providing tips on where to go. A large amount of information brochures/leaflets on different places of interest are also available in the villa for guests to read. As "mature" visitors, we particularly enjoyed exploring the beautiful pine forests and rocky bays in the north, and sipping evening cocktails whilst observing luxury yachts moored in one of the coastal marinas. Our adult children preferred the famous clubs, sunset cruises and nightlife which are easily accessible by car or taxi.

Overall, we had a great holiday in a lovely villa, on an island which has something for everyone - we will be returning next year and thank the owner (Toni) and his wife for helping to make our stay one to remember.

Geweldig huis, heel schoon, zeer centraal gelegen

Wij zijn hier met 6 volwassenen en 2 babies met vakantie geweest en hebben erg genoten. Het huis is ruim, heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is heerlijk. De woning is zeer centraal gelegen op Ibiza. De weg die er langs loopt is een doorgaande weg, maar wij hebben dit niet als hinderlijk ervaren. Toni, de eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Wij kunnen deze woning van harte aanbevelen!
