Executive at PSA, this house has been built by Catalan artisans through 'Maisons Tramontanes' in 2006.
We are the first owners of this house located in a very peaceful area, close to the beach and without any inconveniences. (300 m)

Go on holiday in a house with a heated swimming pool, all amenities included, Wi Fi connexion, 4 big LED screen TVs, including bed linen, 2 bath towels and a beach towel for each guest between mid-February and the 1st of November (FREE SERVICE DURING THIS PERIOD) and charged 10€/person outside this period.
8 bikes are at your disposal and are a true plus to enjoy the many bike trails in Saint-Cyprien-Plages with the family...

The beach is at 300 m, it has fine sand and shallow lagoon waters up to 500 m to play with your children safely...
St-Cyprien is a blue detached house, over 20 years old, it will guarantee water quality all year-round...
NEW: given the heavy traffic during the high season, you can book your stay from SUNDAY to SUNDAY in JULY and AUGUST.
Along with 2 friends we enjoyed a week long stay at this property.
The house was lovely, well located and well equipped. The property wasn't cheap and there is a VERY large deposit to be paid at the beginning of your stay to the owners agent. She gives you a brief tour of the property and opens the pool to demonstrate how it works - we used the pool 4 times during our stay. At the end of the stay the agent returns and does a property inspection. Her first port of call was the pool cover clip which she then announced was broken and we had done it - We found the clip to be broken the first time we used the pool but as it had no effect on our use of the pool thought no more about it!! To cut a long story short we left the property €50 worse off!
If you stay here ensure you have checked the house well when you arrive and be aware how vulnerable your deposit is.
We would have returned to the property as we visit the area on a regular basis and would have recommended it to friends who do similar, however unfortunately this won't be the case as being called liars by both the agent and the owners left a bad feeling with us!!!!!
We've just got back from a great week in St.Cyprien-Plage. The property exceeded our expectations and the host, M.Claudel, was very informative with his recommendations and the local contact, Laurence, was prompt on both arrival and departure and a very nice lady. The heated swimming pool was a welcome relief from the very warm, Autumn, afternoon sun We know this area well so we came to relax but if you are looking for sport activities, this place has it In abundance. Every water sport you can think of plus waterparks, equestrian centres, Golf courses, paragliding, cycling, Diving, Fishing. There are some good seafood restaurants, at the port, plus plenty of restaurants and amenities, close to the property. However, there are loads of brilliant local markets, virtually on any day of the week, so if you like to cook the local fresh produce, you will find everything you'll require, close by. The cooking facilities in the villa are excellent with two kitchens and fridges plus plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. This location is a great base for exploring the Pyrenees-Orientales region and I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends or family. I look forward to going back again soon.
La villa correspond à la description, il ne manque rien pour satisfaire les vacanciers exigeants ( calme, parking, excellente literie, piscine, terrasse avec barbecue ).
Que demander de plus pour passer des vacances exceptionnelles...

Séjour très agréable en famille (avec 3 enfants) avec un temps presque estival pour cette fin de mois d'octobre. L'acceuil est trés convivial, Laurence reste disponible tout au long du séjour pour répondre aux besoins ou solutionner les petits soucis....Le confort est irréprochable, la piscine est réellement chauffée ( près de 30°). La mise à disposition des vélos et un atout supplémentaire pour les balades et les courses quotidiennes.
En résumé difficile d'être déçu, tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances.
Séjour et villa agréable. Idéalement située car à l'entrée de la ville mais pas dans la partie animée donc au calme. Le logement est très fonctionnel, on se sent très vite à la maison !!
et les ballades en vélo sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables sont très sympas

Großartiges Haus mit schönem Pool und Grill draussen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Das Haus liegt ideal nur 300 m vom Strand entfernt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, der Garten ist so gut wie nicht einsehbar. St. Cyprien Plage ist ein guter Startpunkt zu den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Great house with a nice pool and a barbecue outside. We felt very comfortable there and the landlord couple is really nice. The house is situated in a quiet side road, only 300 m from the beach and the garden is not accessible to public view. St. Cyprien Plage is a good point to start for sightseeing.

The house is set in an estate built 6 years ago; the main construction work is now over... very quiet estate of about fifteen houses; you can park your car inside the property.
The garden is completely fenced in and secured.
The closest shops are at less than 300 m away. These include: ´Casino´ supermarket, a pizzeria, a bakery, and a very friendly Catalan wine merchant.
A ´U´ supermarket and its small shopping centre are 600m away, easy access by bike.
A local market takes place twice a week just 300 m away on the beachfront.
For early risers, you can buy fresh fish every morning (on the marina after 8:30 am, 2 km away by bike) from Catalan fishermen at an UNBEATABLE PRICE!
Fresh mackerel , sardines and anchovies grilled on the electric or coal barbecue under the arbour next to the heated pool are delicious.
Golf: the 18 hole international golf of St-Cyprien is open all year-round.
It is a reference for those who practice it, always very well kept, especially during June´s busy season...It´s pub is highly recommended, as well as its restaurant which offers an open seafood buffet...
Ski: The closest ski station is at Font Romeu, 100 km away, and takes 1.5 hours by car. The ski resort is very enjoyable; its hardest black slops are abundant...
The old Andorra ski resort is fancier and is just 15 km further away. Its tax-free products (such as cigarettes, alcohol...) are an additional attraction (a bottle of Ricard is at 9.90€ for a litre!! For amateurs, it´s a real deal!! )
