This spacious stylishly decorated penthouse combines comfort and style; its huge 55M² south-facing terrace makes it perfect for indoor and outdoor living entertainment. The apartment is very spacious, with tall ceilings and marble floors throughout and finished to a very high standard. The two bedrooms are stylish and comfortable, with large built-in wardrobes. The very latest air conditioning system (with heating) is fitted and the apartment has a large plasma screen TV with a separate stereo system. All furnishings are very elegant and well made.

The Master bedroom benefits from a sliding patio door onto the 55M² south facing terrace with stunning views to the golf course and the sea. The terrace has comfortable seating for six, with tables and chairs, terrace sofa and sun beds.

The complex benefits from three swimming pools, including a toddlers’ pool, beautiful fountains and tropical gardens with its hundreds of species of exotic plants. Selwo Nature Reserve is adjacent to the complex and animals can often be seen from the rear of the apartment!

The apartment is located in a secure gated community with a key coded access, all doors and windows have multiple locks and the apartment benefits from having a state-of-the-art fully monitored security alarm system along with the latest WiFi technology.

Quiet and peaceful, yet only 5 minutes from the beach and ten minutes from the larger resorts such as Puerto Banus and Marbella, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

"Very beautifull condo. Clean, well equipped, quiet, incredible outdoor patio, nice pool. We really enjoyed our stay. If we go back in Estepona we will for sure rent this place.

"This flat is ideally located overlooking Golf course and a Zoo (for the back side). Very upper class furnitures from local designers, large sunny and quiet terrasse, two swiming pools within gated area made our stay a perfect and delighted one for a family of 4. The owners do make sure we enjoy our stay and this has been appreciated. The area is extremely well maintained and close to the main Beaches including Puerto Banus if you want to enjoy the costa night life....A definite must see accomodation!!!! Will come back....."

"I stayed at this apartment for a week in March, 2012 with my family. What a pleasure it was to wake up every morning to the wonderful views of the Meditteranean from the large terrace. It's a perfect base for a week of exploring the coastline and stunning countryside of Andalucia and eating out in the fabulous nearby restaurants. It's very tranquil and quiet place with beautiful views. The apartment was very stylish and very comfortable with a fantastically spacious terrace. All-in-all a great place to stay."

"This apartement is located is an a most quiet environment with a stunning vue on the sea. The appartment interior is tastefully designed and equiped. The terrace is perfectely sun-orientated the whole day through and quite spacious for outdoor living and dining. Starting golfplayers will enjoy the golfcourse that encircles the building. The golf clubhouse is chique and fine-styled. The gardens are perfectly maintained. Although rather difficult to find, the location makes trips to the beaches and cities quite inviteable. We experienced this appartement as a place to perfectly relax out and to step back out of the rush of our busy professionnal live. Our kids already start to ask when we are going back!

"We spent a week in this house in September 2011, will remain forever in our memories the beauty of this apartment, the beautiful decor, the smell of wood furniture, sea in the distance, and golf courses under the balcony. Surely one of the most beautiful houses in which I have ever experienced. The two pools are a haven to relax in the sun and in absolute silence. If we return to Spain will not try anywhere else, we will know exactly where to stay."

Lovely Apartment

A lovely well furnished apartment, with fantastic views over the golf course and out to sea. The patio is ideal for sun lovers with sun from sun rise to sunset. Great powerful shower and very comfortable bed - lots of wardrobe space but a little short of drawer storage. Great drive from apartment to Ronda for a day out. Very much appreciated and good communication with Tatiana and Graham.
