Sand beach end opposite the building, collective car park, guard, room for bicycles and motor bikes.

Ideal for family holidays or professional stays during the congresses which proceed throughout the year in Cannes or the International Film Festival in May.

About Caroline Godard

From the North of France, I lived 12 years in Cannes with my daughter (1993-2002). Since I've been working in Strasbourg. I go back very frequently to my apartment in Cannes la Bocca.

My daughter who is 26, is an Architect. We like meeting in my apartment which we love so much.

Why Caroline Godard chose La Bocca

My grand-parents bought the flat in the 1960's. I've been there on holidays, then I lived there with my daughter.

When I became the new owner in 2008, I renovated and added a 2nd bathroom and the WIFI.

What makes this apartment unique

I love this apartment where I have some many good memories.

I love the place, in front of the beach, its beautiful view overlooking the Bay of Cannes.

When I'm there, I organise diners on the roof terrace with my family and my friends.

I also like shopping in Cannes and visiting the Coast Riviera.

Directly at the beach!

We had a nice stay in this apartment, it is directly at the beach and enough space for our family! There is a very nice balcony and terrace on top of the house! The owner is very friendly as well as her employee, we felt very welcome!

On the Beach!

What a view from both the balcony and roof terrace of this lovely apartment. We knew the area so had no trouble finding it. We were met by the caretaker who only spoke French but we managed with our little knowledge from schooldays. The Residence is very well kept and clean and secure. The apartment had everything we needed and towards the end of the week we were glad of the aircon which worked well. Having the telephone was also a benefit. There is only French TV but we didn't come to watch TV and there was so much going on on the beach and the sea we didn't miss it! There were cruise ships, yachts, windsurfers, sailing school boats, kite surfers etc. A few steps across the road you can swim, sunbathe for a few hours and walk back for lunch. There is a small airport nearby (private planes only) which we knew about but the noise didn't bother us and there are no flights during the night. The road is a busy one but the bedrooms are at the back and are reasonably quiet. As someone else said you go through one to get to the second but there were only two of us so it didn't matter. All in all a nice apartment in a great location.

I'm always available to reply to the questions you may have making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The French caretaker speaks Italian, with a little knowledge of English, enough to welcome you and show you the apartment. Je suis toujours ravie d'accueillir des locataires étrangers. Je parle anglais couramment et suis à votre disposition à tout moment pour répondre à vos questions. La responsable de mes locations sur place parle l'italien et a des notions d'anglais suffisantes pour vous accueillir et vous donner des explications sur l'appartement et la résidence.

Une semaine réussie dans un appartement très bien situé, confortablement aménagé et accueillant. On s'y sent bien !

La vue sur la mer est à 180°, de la magnifique Baie de Cannes à l'Estérel.

C'est un choix de villégiature à recommander sans hésiter.

Pour ma part, il est certain que j'y reviendrai avec un réel plaisir.

Located on the French Riviera, between Cannes and Mandelieu-La Napoule.

The appartment is on the last floor of a nice building of 4 floors with a lift, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, with a splendid sea view, in front of the sand beach end.

Shopping malls and markets in the vicinity.

Practice of sea-sports such as sailing, diving and sea-skying (schools in front of the apartment).

The Golf Old Course of Cannes-Mandelieu, the oldest golf of the Costa Riviera, is very closed to the apartment.

Near to the centre of Cannes and the Croisette, a car or motor bike however is advised. You can also go there by train from Mandelieu-La Napoule station.

Nice is at 25 km, Monaco at 45 km, St Tropez at 45 km.

The Lerins Islands or the red rocks of Esterel are easy to reach by boat from the port of La Napoule or Cannes.
