Set in the urbanization of Pueblo Patricia, this perfectly located South facing 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house complete with roof terrace is an ideal holiday destination for both families and couples. It is 1 of only 7 houses that face directly onto the swimming pool. Shops and restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk and the beach is just 10 minutes away.The house has a TV which receives English channels. The house also has heating for the winter months!!

Minimum stay during August is 14 nights.

Had a very enjoyable 5 day break here. The 'Perfectly Located' description in the listing was exactly what we got. Lovely house, very spacious with excellent wifi and a quiet roof terrace. Everything we required was in the house, including an iron, hairdryer and some towels. The well kept gardens and pool were just beyond the front gate. This was a very relaxing spot to sunbathe thanks to the sound of the waterfall in the pool. Ideally situated being just a few minutes walk to the main street where we found a supermarket, a few shops and a choice of establishments for eating, all offering a good choice of meals and very reasonably priced. A further few minutes walk takes you to the beach. Would recommend this property and would return.

We had an amazing 2 weeks at 159 El Divino. Everything that you need is available. Lovely pool side location. The garden, balcony and roof terrace are all excellent for relaxing in the sun. Within 5 -10 minutes of the shops, restaurants and beach. Linda and her husband who transported us from the airport we helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Can't wait to return.

Superb location on a delightful complex

From my initial enquiry, everything about this booking was so easy. Our party of four adults and two young boys had a fabulous holiday in Trevor's ideally situated property. South facing, 20 yards from the beautiful pool and surrounded by lovely, well maintained gardens. Our accommodation had everything we needed, with plenty of room for us all. One little niggle, we wish there had been a better shower in the large main bathroom. However, one compensation that was not mentioned in the booking details was the free wifi, excellent.

Los Alcazeres has everything for a great family holiday, with nearby shops and restaurants. Lovely flat, safe walks along the promenade and, of course, sunshine. I would definitely recommend this property and would also like to go again sometime in the future.

The property was lovely, clean and spacious.and the pool is just outside the door which is a bonus. However, the owner forgot to send us the keys to the apartment. When I enquired about them he said he'd forgotten. He did send them special delivery but this meant someone had to take time off work to stay in to sign for for them. There is a lovely lady called Sandra that manages the property out in Spain. She came to visit us there to check everything was okay. She offered us to stay later on the day of our departure as we had a late flight, we were aware we had to vacate the property by 10am but as she offered we accepted and made our plans around this. A few days later the owner came and said we couldn't stay unless we paid him more money. (so we left at 10) Since being back he has contacted me to say he's deducted £10 from my deposit as a shutter was broken. I did explain it was like that when we arrived but he wasn't interest. The bottom line is, the place is lovely and we had a great time but please make sure you get your keys in plenty of time and check and report any damaged items as soon as you get there!

Owner's Response: This booking was accepted for 3 adults and 1child. Guests in excess of the agreed numbers actually stayed. The dishonesty of this annoyed me. Regarding the shutter, because of the above I could not believe you. You will not be staying at this house again.

Excellent Property for Relaxing Holiday

The house and location were exactly as described. Pool was very good and just outside the front door. The complex was clean and well maintained. No criticisms at all.

The taxi and welcome pack were exactly as arranged. Very convenient, less than 10 minutes from the airport.

Los Alcazares is ideal for families or for a relaxing holiday. Good beach with plenty of beach bars. The promenade is as described and ideal for taking a stroll, cycling or running. Only a few restaurants on the sea front but plenty to choose from in the main square.

I would recommend the property to friends & relatives and we do intend to go back.

Excellently maintained ideally situated property

Ideal property for a holiday. We had a lovely time and were joined by our grandchildren for one of our weeks stay. Trevor, Sandra, Lawrence and Bodo who provided the taxi service are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.. This is our second time we have booked with Trevor and would love to go back.

Los Alcazares is a lovely holiday town on the Costa Calida (warm coast) in the Murcia region of Spain. The town is situated on the western shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga. The Mar Menor is always 3-4 degrees C warmer than the Mediterranean and the area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. Along it’s shores there are a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants providing drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment. The warm and shallow waters of the Mar Menor make the resort a mecca for sailing, windsurfing and jet skiing enthusiasts.

Los Alcazares has a 7km promenade where you will find over 20 beach bars serving drinks or snack type meals. You can also hire sun beds, parasols and pedallos. Being as flat as it is, cycling is very popular in Los Alcazares and bikes can be hired from several hire shops in the town. You can also hire motorbikes behind the Deutsche Bank in the El Oasis development at the North end of town.

A £100.00 deposit is required to secure your booking.The balance to be paid 8 weeks before you go.
A £100.00 damage deposit is required with the balance payment. This will be refunded within 14 days at the end of your stay subject to the house being left in a satisfactory condition. The property has to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
For bookings of under 7 nights a cleaning fee of £60 may be added.
