About the property

Casa Peruyes is one of the best rental houses in Asturias, as more and more people confirm every year.

Because the extraordinary quality of the house and full equipment; the place, a traditional small village with incredible views of mountains; the location, between the best beaches of Asturias and the beauty of Natural Park of Picos de Europa, and just 5 minutes driving to all services you need; and of course, because the great private garden and the spectacular pool, to swim surrounded mountains is a unique sensation. So, Casa Peruyes is one of the villas with higher occupancy, beyond Asturias, in the north of Spain.

Located in small village of Peruyes, in Cangas de Onís, between Ribadesella and Arriondas villages, Casa Peruyes is a 241m2 villa in a private meadow of 10,000 m2 which shares with another house, far enough away, and with a wonderful pool of 11x5 m exclusive for both houses.

The house was built in 2006 with special care to select premium materials: beams, stairs and hardwood ceilings, ceramic floor, bathrooms that combine the rustic and modern, Portico furnitures, Santos kitchen, Silestone countertop, appliances Whirlpool, Bosch...

As for equipment, you will want for nothing: private outdoor parking, barbecue, fireplace, heating with independent thermostat on each floor, bedclothes and bath towels, baby cot and high chair, 2 hair dryers, TV Sony HD 40“, dvd, fridge freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, induction cooker, microwave, oven, pressure cooker, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, blender, full kitchenware... Sorry, NO PETS.

It is certainly very difficult to find another rural villa like this that meets a privileged place, a spectacular pool and the highest quality in a rental house. A unique and very special gem that surely you’ll love.

IMPORTANT:

1. Minimum 2 nights. From June 17 to September 16, minimum 7 nights with checks on Saturday. On Easter minimun 4 nights.

2. The rent on weekend always must include rates of Friday + Saturday, except in Summertime. In bridging days the rent must include everyday of that long weekend.

3. It is not allowed any EVENT (birthdays, weddings ...) for risk of damage to the equipment.

4. It is forbidden to access to property more people than those indicated in the reservation.

5. The POOL open from June to September.

6. Our house have NO INTERNET conection, nor wifi, but there is MOBILE COVERAGE 4G.

Venimos encantados

Estuvimos 3 parejas que nos juntamos todos los años antes de Navidad, ya que vivimos en diferentes provincias y solemos quedar en Asturias o Cantabria, el punto intermedio. Y este año ha sido el mejor, y en parte gracias a esta estupenda casa, que nos lo ha puesto en bandeja. Es espaciosa, muy limpia y bien equipada. Y te ponen leña para la chimenea, que en otras casas la teniamos que comprar y era un incordio. Aunque es otoño hemos podido pasar ratos en el jardín y es una maravilla, rodeado de montañas. Esta vez invitamos mi marido y yo, y para el próximo año, Edu y Ana, os hemos puesto el listón muy alto ;D

excellent week

We stayed at this place in summer 2015.

What shall we say: House (we stayed at Casa Alba) is huge (we were two families - 4 adults & 5 kids in total) | interiour is decorated nicely | public spaces (kitchen & parlour) comfy & well equipped (especially in kitchen nothing was missing - tin opener, huge amount of pans, cutlery etc. > everything was there) | bath rooms are spacious and numerous | cared garden | pool is clean | location perfect for day trips.

Summarised we had a great stay. Especially because of the excellent house. At this point: Thanks Inigo (landlord) for taking care of us - we appreciated your help!

Only demerit: missing WiFi.
