With amazing views yet situated in a tranquil area only 10/15 minutes into the main attractions and places of interest of Las Palmas including the main local beach, this house has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,1 en-suite, and a third bedroom suitable for children (one bed and a sofa bed plus play pen and cot). A fully equipped modern kitchen, with adjoining front terrace with comfy seating areas. Wooden floors throughout, the main salon area is big, comfortable and stylish, with a big conservatory and doors which open up the whole length of the room to give you that feeling of dining al fresco.

A dream island for beach lovers, with wonderful sands and all year round temperatures to enjoy, within ten minutes weve got the most spectacular spot for sunbathing on the edge of the famous city of Las Palmas, one of the finest beaches in gran canaria, whilst the friendly atmosphere and the famous El Corte Ingles only five mintues away, the duty-free shopping bring our holidaymakers back year after year. However, it's not all sun and beaches, it is the most tranquil house to stay in with fabulous views from the front terrace, sit on the swinging chair and enjoy the peace and tranquility, the canarian weather and as always the beautiful sunsets seen from the front terrace most nights.
