wonderful place to enjoy Sevilla

Ideally located in the heart of Barrio del Arenal (quiet), between the Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza (200 m) and the Cathedral and La Giralda (300 m), with every comfort and WiFi, large terrace of 75 m2 with superb panoramic views and recently built (2004). Wonderful to discover every corner of this fabulous city with the possibility to rest between visits.

The apartment was very comfortable and it's central location meant that it was very easy to reach the major attractions in Seville. Restaurants, bodegas and tapas bars were a few minutes walk away. We very much enjoyed our stay in Seville.

Best location

The best part of the stay here at Jose's apartment is that it is right in the middle of everything you want to see--just a short walk from the Cathedral and many other things you would want to visit in Seville. It has a lovely master bedroom and bath. Plus it has a lovely terrace on the roof that is great for morning breakfast when it is cool and lovely. Plus, jose, is a really great guy to rent from and helps you in every way to resolve any issues that come up. You couldn't find a better host.

Fantastic Place!

The apartment is wonderful- located in a lively area in the center of Sevilla, within a 3 min walk to the Cathedral, the Alcazar and the river, with several wonderful tapas bars just a few feet away and a great rooftop terrace with a view of the Cathedral. Jose Manuel was a great host- we were met at the place promptly, everything was handled very professionally. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a trip to Sevilla.

Nos a encantado el apartamento es precioso un sitio estupendo una terraza que enamora . Sin duda volveremos el año que viene a este mismo apartamento segurísimo. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo . No se van a arrepentir . Increíbles vistas a la giralda y en pleno centro de Sevilla a pocos pasos de la catedral. Resumiendo . Es PERFECTA 😍

Quiet comfortable, great location. Has a lift.

This apartment is well located in the old section of Seville, close to the Cathedrel and the Alcazar. It is well insulated from the street noise and has plenty of seating. The airconditioning works very well and the kitchen though small is fine. We did find that the smaller bed was a bit hard. Very nice to have two bathrooms. I would stay there again, and recommend it to others.

A lovely place to spend a week in Seville

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely Arenal apartment, and especially enjoyed breakfasts and evening wine on the roof, where you have a view of the Cathedral. There's plenty of room, and in the summer you will really need a cool, air-conditioned siesta spot after a really hot day walking the streets.

The neighborhood is in a good spot to see all the major sights in Seville (the river, Triana, Cathedral, etc.). The next time we visit Seville we will definitely call on Jose again and stay here!
