This unit comes with fully equipped kitchen with eating area, spacious dining room and living room, master bath with garden tub and separate walk in shower and full size washer & dryer is included in this condo. Second bedroom has full bath attached and the main bathroom has a walk in shower. Unit comes with Cable / Satellite TV,CD Player, Colour TV, Stereo, work desk with lamp, direct dial phone complete with voice mail, free internet service for guests in main lobby and wired internet service in the condo. Also come with all household utensils required and many small appliances, full size Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Dishwasher, full size Range and Microwave. Living Room also has a pull out Sofa Bed.
Just call front desk to have free shuttle and beach accessories to come & go to the different beaches on Marco Island which was ranked best Island in Florida 4th best island in the world by experts in spring of 2014.
This timeshare unit brought us to beautiful Marco Island which is probably one of the safest islands in the world to walk during the day or at night. We have since purchased a condo also on the island and only use the timeshare condo at Sunset Cove when family is coming to visit.

The Sunset Cove resort condo is a wonderful place to enjoy a great vacation on Marco Island! Marco is a fantastic destination with beautiful beaches, ocean views, and opportunities to enjoy the surrounding beauty of southwestern Florida and the northern most reaches of the Everglades. We stayed for 7 days, and were extremely satisfied with all aspects of the condo. The building appears relatively new, very well maintained, clean and offering almost every amenity one could desire. There was an ample sized lot for parking for our rental car, including a covered area in a 6 space garage. Sunset Cove is on a canal so you can enjoy water views and boats occasionally passing by. There is a pool out back with whirlpool, exercise room with high quality equipment, barbecue grills, computers with printers (came in handy to bring boarding passes) and more. Counter service was excellent with friendly attendants. Transportation to the beaches was included, which we utilized and found to be extremely timely. On top of that were beach supplies (folding chairs with a storage compartment and shoulder straps for easy carrying!) available upon request.
Right next door to the building is a Winn Dixie grocery store, and we shopped there almost daily as we needed to resupply any food or beverages. On the other side of the building is a small park with a WWII memorial. A block away is the Espanade shopping center with a Starbucks and Coldstone Creamery along with several restaurants. For bird lovers, there are 2 areas within a block or so where burrowing owls nest, and we were able to take some photos of these interesting creatures. You are not too far from the nearest beach, but most will want to opt for a ride there. We did walk to the beautiful Tigertail Beach which took about 15 minutes or so.
All condos are 3 BR, and we stayed on the 7th (top) floor which offered a great view of Marco Island and of course beautiful evening sunsets. Ours was tastefully decorated. The kitchen comes equipped with dishes, pots pans, utensils, etc - all you need to prepare meals which we did. Appliances are new and of very good quality (including a Krupps espresso coffeemaker!). There is a dining room table and an adjacent sitting area with couch and chairs to enjoy watching the big screen TV. When we desired some fresh air, we could walk onto the screened lanai and enjoy the view of the canal, area neighborhoods and oceanside condos in the distance.
Marco Island is about 4 miles wide X 6 miles long. You can walk everywhere and the unit is located in the hub of Marco Island one block away from the town centre mall which has many shops and restaurants to visit. The Winn Dixie grocery store is located next door. The Esplanade on Smokehouse Bay is across the street with bars and restaurants. Veterans Park which hosts many local events is also next door to the unit.
