Do you want to unwind and spend your vacations in a chalet with a sea view? Can you picture yourself enjoying a private pool while you bbq for your friends or cook a paella for your whole family?

L'Ampolla is a cozy sailor's town that hasn't been invaded by massive tourism. Its streets ooze the essence and familiarity of a small town with its fishing port facing it. The traditional fishing nets drying under the Sun and the white facades coexist with the terraces of the rice and seafood restaurants, right by the sea. A place considered by many and the entry door to Delta del Ebro, and which has fine grain sand beaches, as well as small coves surrounded by Mediterranean forest.

We invite you to enjoy this luxurious chalet with 5 bedrooms and AC, in this relaxing environment. One of the bedrooms has a private porch with sea views. The house also has 3 bathrooms and a toilet, as well has a fully equipped kitchen, right by a large zone to relax, inside and outside of the accommodation.

If you want to enjoy fresh air, you'll be able to do just that on it's large terrace infront of the pool with a table, where up to 10 people can confortable dine. Enjoy it to sunbathe, or feel the fresh air on one of it's hammocks at the garden, surrounded by decorative plants and trees, or play petanque on the ground at the rear of the house.

The chalet has private parking and its located in a very quiet residential zone, close by places of interest.

ON FOOT: You can walk to the beach and bathe in its waters, which is only 200 mts or 3 minutes away. You can go hiking on the GR-27, the famous Camino de Ronda (Round Walk) that runs by the Catalonian seaside. You can also take a walk to Delta del Ebro and the rain station, where you can hop on a train to Barcelona, Tarragona or Valencia.

BY CAR: You can take your car to the theme park Port Aventura, which is only 25 minutes away. You can also get to know Delta del Ebro in it's full extension in about 15 minutes and visit the Tortosa monument, only 20 minutes away. The Terra Alta vineyards are a close 30 minutes away.

fantastic house in a very good area near the beach

We had a really nice time in the house with two children and grandchildren.(10 persons with the children ) Beautiful garden around the house and we all loved the pool very much, it had lights in the night.The owner was so incredibly nice and helpful with everything. the house was very clean and had everything we needed. we would love to come back soon.. Beautiful areas and beaches around if you have a car..

Fantastic villa in wonderful location

You would not be disappointed in this villa for a family holiday. We were 3 generations of the same family and there was so much space, and the Villa was so comfortable we had an amazing holiday. There is plenty of beds for up to 13 people!! It would also be ideal for 2 families holidaying together. The owner - Amador - is fantastic - so friendly and helpful, absolutely nothing is too much trouble. He even lent us his own Paella pan for our family celebration. The newly tiled pool is clean and very safe with plenty of sun beds available. The verandah is always cool with pleasant breezes and provides a view of the sea. At the rear there is a vine covered patio - so there is always shade, no matter what time of day. The villa is very well equipped and anything you needed extra Amador could always find. The beds and bedding are good quality with lovely clean, comfortable mattresses. Built-in fly screens meant you could have the windows open for breeze, but won't get bothered by mosquitos.

Position-wise, the villa is ideal - situated less than 5 minutes stroll to the long sandy Arenalles beach, and far enough away from the village not to be bothered by any noise. However, the village is a pleasant 10-15 minute stroll along a lovely landscaped walkway looking out over the sea. We rarely drove, but sometimes my parents - over 80 - took the car. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from serving wonderful seafood and local produce.

All -in-all it is a brilliant place for a relaxing holiday that I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

We really enjoyed our sta...

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The house is situated in 3-minute walk from the beach, but there are also other beaches which are a little bit further, but it is possible to walk there or go by car. The house is well equiped and good for adults and for children. The owner of the house is very friendly and very helpful. He is always ready to answer any questions and give the fullest information and support if necessary. That was very important especially during the first days after our arrival. He speaks perfect English which helped us a lot. That was a very good vacation time and we look forward to come back one day.

"It was a very pleasant time to stay in this house. Most of the excellent experience is because of the owner - Amador is a extremely positive, welcoming, friendly and helpful person. He told us about a lot of interesting places to visit around the house and each place was a interesting thing.

What's regarding the house, it's clean, modern and (what is very important) has good internet connection in the whole building.

So highly recommended to stay with children."

Excellent séjour

Nous sommes venus séjourner une semaine avec un groupe de jeunes dans le cadre d'un séjour adapté. On a été accueillis chaleureusement par le propriétaire. Passionné par le métier d'hôte et un véritable amour pour son pays, il nous a conseillé tout un tas de choses à faire, à voir et à découvrir.

Une maison spacieuse, calme, agréable, et équipée en tout. Vous ne manquerez de rien. Vous n'aurez juste qu'à poser vos valises et à profiter. Vue sur la mer depuis les chambre et la présence de la piscine est un véritable plus. Les jeunes ont pris plaisir à y aller malgré la fraîcheur de l'eau.

Nous avons suivi les conseils du propriétaire pour les visites. Chacune de ces visites ont été de belles découvertes, de partage et de plaisir. Vous avez vraiment la possibilité de faire pleins de choses aux alentours en voiture ou à pied.

Je crois que le véritable petit plus si vous souhaitez réserver, c'est le propriétaire. Il est aux petits soins de ses vacanciers. Il se rend disponible en cas de besoin ou de problème. Il est prêt à partager un moment avec vous pour vous faire découvrir la région et les traditions synonymes de rencontres et de moments inoubliables. Il vous fait voyage au travers de son parcours professionnel et son amour du pays. Croyez moi vous revenez de ce séjour avec l'envie d'y retourner.

Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa générosité, d'avoir été chaleureux, accueillant et bienveillant à l'égard de nos jeunes pour leur offrir de belles vacances.
