The nicest place you can stay in the county. You can't even find another king bed in the entire county. Brand new. The closest place you can stay to the Flaming Gorge Dam and Green River boat launch.
Two large master bedrooms each with a king bed. There is a fold-out lazy boy couch sleeper. Also features two lofts that can sleep up to 2-3 kids each, making the total number this unit sleeps up to 10. If you plan on using the loft, you may want to bring sleeping bags. Cabin features large screen TV and DVD player (no cable or satellite).
Only 1.5 miles from Flaming Gorge Dam and the Green River. 3 miles from mustang ridge boat launch.
We can introduce you to some of the world's best guided fly fishing on the Blue Ribbon waters of the Green River. We offer raft and kayak rentals and guided river trips for those not fishing. We can inform you about spectacular hiking and biking in the area. We are your one-stop shop for anything you could possibly need in our area including lodging, convenience store, cafe, liquor sales, and even an auto mechanic and towing service.

I love experiencing the outdoors in many ways. Some of my favorites are mountain biking, rafting, paddle boarding, long boarding, and hiking.
I enjoy talking to people about fun places to visit and fun things to do.
Utah has been my backyard my entire life. I'm compelled to take full advantage of it.
Matt Misbach purchased this cottage in 2014
The Flaming Gorge area is nestled in a region of Utah that is out of the way for most people. It truly is a hidden gem only to be appreciated by those who know. This guarantees a visit without crowds making it feel like you were the first one to experience it.
The fishing here is compared to no where else. The dam regulates the climate of the river water creating ideal fish habitat that can't be found anywhere.
Fisherman travel far distances to experience it.
The pictures of this house is very misleading. It does not sit isolated as depicted. It is actually a campground site with cabin rentals. Two other homes are on top of you and you can hear the neighbor talking (second one is being built). The pond and firepit are not as imagined. The firepit is not human friendly to sit let alone create a fire. (just rocks). The pond is tiny and nothing to look at.
The bedrooms are nice and beds are comfortable. But again pictures are deceiving. Very tiny rooms due huge King size bed. Bathrooms are small also. No hangers provided. The most deceiving is the lodge upstairs. There is not upstairs... Just a stairway leading to nothing but a flat cross beam with two small openings for sleeping bags. Sofa only fits three so be prepared to sit on stiff dining chairs for relaxation. This place sleeps 4 no more... Television hard to figure out. No instructions given. I received my information for the code to get in AFTER I emailed owner for it the day before arrival. The gas station in front where you get the code has WONDERFUL employees that were incredibly kind and helpful.
Kitchen very tiny, plates and eatery items cannot be reached without a step ladder due to cabinets very high to reach.
Would not return. This place is not worth $250 a night.
