Spacious and bright apartment in the historic center of Seville (district of Triana). Inside the apartment we can highlight above all its large terrace with private pool only for this apartment, something difficult to find in the center of Seville. As you can see in the photos, the terrace has a covered area where you can enjoy any of the meals of the day; then there are also several sun loungers and an artificial turf area next to the pool, which is for private and exclusive use of the tenants of this apartment.

The apartment is located in a restored building of a typical Sevillian corral of 1888, with a nice central patio with fountain that makes the apartment is bright and quiet.

Its location by the river is quite good, being able to visit the city on foot just by crossing the same.

Amazing! We had the best time!

We loved our appartment! Perfect location, 10 min away to all the attractions, lots of restaurants, cafes and stores.

We loved spending time on the huge rooftop terrace and it was such a special bonus to be able to swim in a private pool after a day of sightseeing.

Our host was amazing and it was a pleasure to deal with!

Excellent apartment

Would thoroughly recommend staying in this apartment.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a large kitchen that had everything that you would need. The beds are both comfortable, and the bathroom is a good size. Probably the best feature of the apartment is the roof terrace, perfect for relaxing. It has a pool as well, which would be great for the summer months.

The apartment is located in Triana, an authentic neighbourhood with plenty of bars and shops. There are two (possibly three) supermarkets within a two minute walk of the apartment - Dia is located just down the road, which is well priced, although the quality of the Carrefour Express just across the main road is possibly slightly better. The apartment is about twenty minutes walk from the start of the old town, so it is a little way out if you don't like walking (there probably is a bus that would take you there however), but this was fine for us.

There were one or two very minor issues - the dishwasher stopped working on our last day (although we didn't report it until we'd left, I'm sure it would have been fixed it if we had), and I never worked out the TV ( however, you don't go on holiday to watch TV anyway so this did not matter!).

Nacho, who let us in to the apartment, is very professional and helpful.

Overall, this apartment is great and I would recommend it without question.
