Wunderschönes Appartement inmitten der Stadt; gute Ausstattung; herzlicher Empfang und guter Service. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
Lovely house with a lot of character and within a minutes walk of the Mezquita. Begona was very helpful in setting up parking and directions. Highly recommended.
Lovely apartment, we had a great time. But we have just a few comments on equipment: the kitchen was a little under-equipped, and it would be good to have had more comfortable chairs.
Los Patios de la Juderia was our home for 3 days while we visit Cordoba. We travel with my parents (in their 70's) and it was important for us to be close to the main historic sites and to be in a safe area for them to feel free and go out and explore by themselves. I can not think of a better location in town! we had the Mezquite a few steps out of our door, a grocery store, a great Argentinian restaurant, a pool for our child to have fun!!..........and Begona and her husband were so helpful in our arrival!! her husband went to meet my husband who was stuck with the car rental 'somewhere in town" and took the time to direct him to a parking spot. We recieved schedulle of activities in Cordoba while we were there, maps, broshures, etc. The apartment was spotless, it has everything you need to prepare any meal. Begona was so kind to recieved us with a bottle of wine, and they made us feel at home. We enjoy our visit very, very much and only feel sorry for not spending more days there, but wewill defenitely come back!!
We will recomend this property to all our friends and readers!
Gracias Begona por todas tus atenciones y por hacernos sentir como en casa. Volveremos pronto y cuenta con que recomendaremos Los patios de la Juderia con nuestro amigos en Mexico y en EU. Veronica Callegari
My wife and I, along with a friend of my wife's, stayed in this beautiful aparment for one week in March. The manager, Begona, met us at the door upon our arrival and toured the property with us. She was extremely helpful with guiding us to some great restaurant choices and sites to see and also where to shop for groceries. We called her frequently with questions during our stay, and she made our week in Cordoba very relaxing and stress-free, even arranging a cab for our departure.
The apartment itself had a classic old-Spanish feel, with orange trees in the courtyard -- it is just far enough away from La Mezquita and other sites to avoid the noise from the tourists, but still only within a few hundred yards. The two bedrooms were on different floors, so there was a lot of privacy within the unit, and the unit was decorated beautifully and well equiped.
We highly recommend it!
This apartment is in a great location and is very clean. Everything is new and in working order.
We stayed in the Abades apartment. (Note that the photos in the listing include various apartments, not just the one we had, or you will have.)
The location could not be better. It is in a small square tucked away from the main traffic area, but a short walk to the Mezquita. The terrace has a great view over the Mezquita.
For some reason the level where the living room is located is much better sound-proofed than the bedroom upstairs. From the latter, you will get some noise from the bar located on the square. Nothing terrible, but bring ear plugs if you are noise sensitive.
There is a private garage within the building if you have a car (though I can't imagine driving the narrow streets of this part of the city!). You certainly do not need a car to enjoy the area, as the main parts of Cordoba of interest to visitors are all located close to the apartment and can be seen on foot.
The check-in and check-out were very smooth.
This was a very good experience, and I highly recommend it.
The historic town is a restricted area for vehicles, so we recommend you to use taxis or public transport. If you need a parking place, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will arrange for you.
If you arrive from Madrid, take the exit nº 405, from Málaga or Seville, exit 406.
The apartments are surronded by the main restaurants and taverns.
