"Our family (2 adults and 2 kids -age:8 and 10) have spent a fabulous week in Puerto de la Cruz. We received a warm welcome by the hosts who were always available and helpful.

The apartment was comfortable, very clean and cosy with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the surroundings (Loro Park and the coastline). It is situated in a calm and quiet area. The location of the place is very convenient because it is in walking distance to the zoo, to the beach.

Our children were delighted to have the heated pool around despite the cloudy weather.

We highly recommend it!

"I stayed in April with m...

"I stayed in April with my daughter and son-in-law who had arrived a week before me. The accommodation was attractively decorated, spotlessly clean, well equipped and with a beautiful view of the sea. The beds were very comfortable. There was a small and attractive swimming pool in view which was available for residents'' use and which we enjoyed using on a couple of occasions. The area is very quiet and residential but close enough to the town with use of a car. There is parking space outside on the street. The property owners, who live in another town, were very kind and helpful and came to deliver the keys and to collect them at the end of our stay. My son-in-law said that they met him and my daughter in the town on their arrival and directed them to the property, also taking them for a cup of coffee! This was much appreciated as I believe their journey had been tiring. Overall, our stay was lovely, despite some changable weather with sunshine for only about 50% of the time. The apartment was delightful with everything we needed. The only small criticism we have is that, although the television is large and flat screen, we could get very few English speaking television channels other than the news channels. There seemed to be no Wi Fi connection. In general we were very happy and we thank the owners, Enrique and Encarna and give a well-deserved 5 star rating."

"This was a perfect locat...

"This was a perfect location for us with a toddler. Walking distance to the zoo (Loro Parque) and to a sandy beach which our toddler loved. It is also in a residential area, so it is very quiet and relaxing. There is also a swimming pool at the complex which we can see from our balcony (so parents can watch their kids from "home") which was great for lazy evenings. We can also see "our beach" and the waves crashing from the balcony. Our hosts are really lovely people and very very helpful. They set up a cot for us and even provided a high chair. So this place is highly recommended for parents with kids or people wanting to really "get away" but yet be close to town (Puerto de la Cruz)... walkable, we managed to do it with our toddler without a stroller. Alternatively you can catch the free "train" from Loro Parque into the centre of town, and back. The only draw back is that this place it up the hill (probably true for most places which are not right next to the beach on Tenerife!), so 300m from the beach with a toddler might feel more like 800m. But in any case, highly recommended!"

Excellent accommodation w...

Excellent accommodation was spacious, very comfortable & spotless with amazing warm pool and great views. Very helpful owners who met and guided us to the apartment and provided starter groceries to welcome us. We loved Loro Parque (Zoo with shows) just below the apartment, and the resort of Puerto de la Cruz was attractive. We walked from the centre along the coast to Bollulo bay which was a good walk and beach down the hill from the apartment was great too. We didn't stray that far as it was lovely at the apartment and pool. Hard to beat!

"We spend a wonderful week in Puerto de la Cruz in May 2012. The appartment was beyond our expectations - very private, clean and cozy, situated in a quiet area of the city, with an amazing view to the ocean and to Loro Parque (we can even heard a few times the sea lions :)). The pool area was great, and was never busy during our stay. The appartment has easy access to the city and to the TF5, the beaches are 5 minutes away. Enrique and Encarna are wonderful people, nice , warm and always available, they have waited for us at 2 am in the morning. We would love to come back !"
