About Charles Dale

I grew up on this farm. My parents still live on the farm and help out with guests. I currently live in Dallas, TX working as a commercial banker. We hope others are able to enjoy this area as much as us.

Charles Dale purchased this house in 2014

Why Charles Dale chose Arkansas

This property was my grandfather's old house. I purchased it from my uncle in 2014. The home was built in the 1960s and is in great shape. We have decorated with old tools that were used on the farm to give our guests a real sense of the history of the place.

Perfect Arkansas getaway

  • 5 of 5

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Beautiful views everywhere you look. The house is surrounded by fields, ponds and mountains on all sides. The house is also very close to Hwy 7, which made for easy access to the Ozark National Forest. Our children loved fishing in the pond and walking the property. The Dale's were wonderful hosts, extremely kind and very helpful. We can't wait to make a return trip.

Great Country Getaway in Middle of the OzRKS

  • 5 of 5

We utilized this great destination as the jump off point for a week of daily adventure motorcycling on paved and gravel roads with five old friends. The owners are VERY friendly, the house and grounds very clean. The double carport was perfect for parking bikes each night. Two very nicely remodeled bathrooms with a large dining-kithcen-living area. The people all over the area are very friendly. Property is great for walks or fishing in the farm pond in the evenings or mornings.

I highly recommend this property.

Great Place to get away!

  • 5 of 5

This is was a great property! It has all the comforts of home. The best part about our stay here was being able to see the thousands of lighting bugs at night out in the fields. Something you just don't get to see in the city. Would definitely come back and stay and would recommend to anyone! Thank you for sharing your place with us! Josh - League City

Another terrific trip to the farmhouse

  • 5 of 5

This is our second trip to the farmhouse and it was beautiful as always. We enjoyed riding the trails on our ATVs, cooking out on the Big Green Egg and just enjoying our family for the Mother's Day weekend. This is truly a home away from home. Thank you for allowing us into your home once again!
