Large private heated pool (heated 14mx6m) with a 6m² submerged tanning area and immersion detector.

Set in typical 7000m² setting of olive trees, minutes walk from the centre of Callas, stunning views of the Esterel mountains.

Children welcome: cot, highchair and swing available.

Inside is light colours and nice volumes, 5m high ceiling in living room. Pictures show the spirit of the villa all organized towards the south view on the Esterel mountains. The villa is very quiet though only 1km away from the centre of the village, no other house is hiding the view: a great place to rest and enjoy the sun at the pool !

Fully equipped kitchen with island and view, white-enamelled kitchen cabinets. Large and luminous 60m² (45+15 higher) living room with large 4m window, dining table and chairs, sofas in the higher part.

It was an amazing week

The house is very fabulous with a cathedral lounge a view amazing on horizon in the field of the olive trees. Ideal to realize a hunting for easter egg. Calm and quiet around the swimming pool far from the city.

Stunning property with wonderful views

The property is very spacious, well-equipped and beautifully designed, particularly in the main reception area. The pool was a great temperature and was used daily. Despite being in a very quiet area it is easy to walk to the sweet village from the villa, but the walk back is uphill - good for burning up some calories! We were pleasantly surprised to find a few restaurants, a bar and a small convenience shop there, together with a sweet boulangerie. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. The Verdon Gorge is a must and when we visited the lake (Lac St Croix) was a perfect temperature, so we were really pleased we hired pedalos as opposed to kayaks as we could jump off easily into the water! The much smaller Gorges de Pennafort is a short drive away and was a real find - take your swimmers, some shoes you don't mind getting wet and a picnic. There is a michelin star restaurant just across the bridge too. Our favourite villages were Tourtour and Fayence, but there were lots we didn't have time to explore.

Wonderful holiday in a Fantastic Villa

We had a fantastic holiday with our family six adults and four grandchildren aged 5-9 years. The villa has stunning views and is on the outskirts of the lovely village of Callas about 10-15 minutes walk on quiet roads/tracks but a little bit steep coming back.

The villa is spacious and well designed with a large lounge/dining room, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms.

The heated pool and outside areas are wonderful, the garden was full of beautiful wild flowers. The table tennis table was a great hit with the grandkids.

The property was spotlessly clean, well maintained with excellent manager.

Thank you Pascal for renting us your villa and Natasha for your help.

Amazing villa with fantastic view

We had a fantastic time in the villa in Callas. The villa is bright and spacious with large bed-and bathrooms. The view from the master bedroom was breathtaking - a superbe way to start the day. The kitchen was nice and well equiped with all appliances and utensils; we like to cook our own meals and we found it very easy to do so.

The pool was fantastic - heated and with full sun from morning to around 6 in the afternoon (in october). Since we had very good weather, 22 - 24 degrees with sun and clear blue sky the whole week, we used the pool every day and it was the most wonderful feeling to lie after a swim and relaxing to the amazing view over Plaine des Maures and the mountains in the distance...

Will highly recommend Pascal's Villa in Callas - we where only 2 persons this time but we would love to visit again one day with our children and other relatives.

There are several opportunities for horse riding in the vicinity, the closest one being a 'club' less than 10 km away. You can also have donkey experience !

There are tennis courts in the neighboring villages of Bargemon and Figanieres (both 5 km away)

You can fish in rivers within 15 km, or in the lake Saint Cassien (25km away) which also offers several recreational activities

Several golf courses in the vicinity like Saint Endreol and Terre Blanche with its luxurious Spa. Not to forget the many wine estates around !!!
