Can be rented either on a 3 or on a 5 bedrooms basis !

Inside is light colours and nice volumes, 5m high ceiling in living room. Pictures show the spirit of the villa all organized towards the south view on the Esterel mountains. The villa is very quiet though only 1km away from the centre of the village, no other house is hiding the view: a great place to rest and enjoy the sun at the pool !

The villa has 3 bedrooms in one wing, 2 bedrooms in the other wing and living area in the middle allowing privacy for 2 families. 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

Fully equipped kitchen with island and view, white-enamelled kitchen cabinets. Large and luminous 60m² (45+15 higher) living room with large 4m window, dining table and chairs, sofas in the higher part.

Light colour terracotta floors and parquet floor in the bedrooms.

Large 30m² covered terrace with teak furniture and BBQ. Heated 14mx6m swimming pool with a 6m² submerged tanning area and immersion detector.

Cot & high chair for children. WIFI Internet.

Golf: A full listing is provided at the Villa.

Several golf courses in the vicinity, the most prestigious being Saint Endreol and Terre Blanche Four Seasons and its luxurious spa.

Wine: Region is rich of Wine Estates

Perfect holiday for family and friends

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Callas.

The local village has just what you need - small shop (great deli counter), fabulous bakery and a wine shop; also some great restaurants. There's a quiet walking route to the village get your morning pastries or evening drink in the Tabac, however the final path to the house is very steep.

The Villa is well designed for a large or smaller group, as two bedrooms and a bathroom in their own 'wing'. Pool is great, very popular with our younger guests, its heated and kept nice and clean by the regular pool service.

The villa is in quite substantial grounds with many shrubs and olive trees has beautiful views over the valley.

Location-wise its a good location for exploring Provence, Valensole and the famous lavender fields, beaches of the Cote d'Azur and beautiful lakes.

Thoroughly recommend.

Perfect family holiday

We spent our holiday in the villa in September 2010 and had perfect two weeks. Our two children (2 and 4 years) loved the pool and garden.

The house is perfectly maintained, good equipped and very clean. We really felt like at home.

For day-trips the villa is good situated as you can reach the coast or the canyon within short driving time.

The confirmation of the contract and the payment prior to our arrival was very well organized. At the villa a very friendly lady takes care of the guests and helps with everything that may occur.

We really loved the villa and we plan to come back again soon.

A magical place to stay!

Pascal's villa is situated on a mountain with stunning view on the valley. Each day we used to walk 1km down to the village to get fresh croisants and good local wine. We also explored some of really many wineries and cotes (my favourite is "Whispering Angel" by Chateau D’Esclans!!!). Only 1-1,5 hours drive to beutiful Verdon canyon, amazing Lavender fields, Monte Carlo, Aix en Provence, several water parks, wonderful Picasso museums,... The villa was an ideal place to stay for us and our children (3 families). We played petanque, swimmed in a perfect pool, barbecued and drank wine. Rooms were very nice and clean. Kitchen with a view, pleasant terrace, many olive trees. We will come back for sure some time in the future.

Callas is a typical Provencal village with its square and narrow streets, lots to do and visit around including the neighboring Gorges du Verdon, Cannes, Saint Raphael or Sainte Maxime beaches, other traditional villages like Bargemon or Fayence.

There are several opportunities for horse riding in the vicinity, the closest one being a 'club' less than 10 km away. You can also have donkey experience !

There are tennis courts in the neighboring villages of Bargemon and Figanieres (both 5 km away)

You can fish in rivers within 15 km, or in the lake Saint Cassien (25km away) which also offers several recreational activities

Several golf courses in the vicinity like Saint Endreol and Terre Blanche with its luxurious Spa. Not to forget the many wine estates around !!!
