Why Missy and Richard German chose Lakes Region

We both grew up in NH and spent summers vacationing in the lakes region. We wanted our children to have the same types of memories and have a place to bring their familes back too. We looked for a long time before we found this property and within minutes fell in love with it. With a view from almost every room we find it relaxing and a great place to build future memories. We hope you can build some great memories here too.

What makes this house unique

The private road leading to the property keeps our house away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbors are great, a very respectful, relaxed neighborhood. However pretty much everything you need is right up the road.

Close to Tilton Outlets, Winnepesaukee, Winnesquam, Newfound Lake, Weirs Beach, Gunnstock and Ragged Mountain.

Peace on Webster Lake

  • 5 of 5

My five year old and best friend stayed at the house for three days. Missy was so great and easy to work with. We came up for our 20th reunion at Proctor Academy which was an easy 10 minute drive. We paddled in the paddle boat, swam in the lake and had a great time. Thanks again . We loved it.

Beautiful setting on the lake with several large trees along the edges of the property.

  • 5 of 5

The house was well taken care and updated, the kids each had their own room as did we. There was satellite tv and Internet so our daughter was able to do homework while we were there. My son and I fished of the edge of the dock in the evenings and some loons and ducks would swim or fly past. There is a wonderful wood fired pizza restaurant around the corner. We rented this house because we were visiting colleges in the area but enjoyed our stay and the location so much we plan on coming back. Thank you for your hospitality we had a wonderful time.

A+++++ Easy 5 star rating from start to finish !!!!!

Not even sure where to begin. The house is immaculate and clean, the view and property are amazing and the lake is wonderful. Just about every ammenity you need for a relaxing and fun vacation is provided. From arrival to departure we enjoyed our stay, the worst part was having to leave. Cute and modern cottage, well landscaped property, with room for badmitten or volleyball. Closer to the house we set up the corn hole game and had a blast. The lake is beautiful, the dock space is perfect and the swim raft really completes it. Fishing was good, kayaking and just lounging in the tubes floating around, really just a perfect area and setup. Close to shopping and outlet stores, not a far drive from horesback riding, ziplines, hiking and any other thing you can want to do. Sunsets are beautiful, the stars at night are amazing and the area is quiet and peaceful. I would 100% recomend this place to familes with kids, or those looking for a nice getaway. Like others have said it really is the perfect location, and hard to even pick out one negative. My only (and this is so minimal) gripe was the outside grill. I am not a fan of charcoal grills and prefer a gas grill, but it worked out the night we used it and was not an issue at all. I would go back today if I could, even when it rained there was plenty to do inside or at a short drive down to the outlets. I would hands down recommend you book a stay, you will have 0 regrets.

Perfect Family vacation!

  • 5 of 5

This property was great! We stayed a long weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. The rental is very clean and comfortable. The kids LOVED the large yard, the raft and kayaking around the lake. The swimming area is clear and easy to access. Everything we wanted in a rental was here Gunstock is close with a great zipline and ropes course the kids loved. Look forward to coming back and would definitely recommend!

Awesome lakeside retreat!

  • 5 of 5

Fabulous rental for the family. I can't say enough good things about how nice this rental property is. The house is immaculate, well stocked and has plenty of space for the whole family. The lawn, fire pit and dock areas are beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The kids especially liked the floating raft and the hot tub. And we all loved kayaking and boating around the lake. The water is very clean and clear and if you get tired of swimming the Tilton outlets are just a short drive away. I would highly recommend this great vacation home.
