Very clean, and very comfortable. We would love to stay here again. Big thank you to the owner.
The property was great. It was close to everything I wanted to be near. My kids and grandkids loved it. Plenty of room for my granddaughter to play and the driveway and front porch were ideal for down time. They all like to play with sidewalk chalk.
Having a garage to park in was a great perk.
The owner was so nice. When we had trouble with the internet they came right over and fixed the problem.
It was a great family trip.
I will definitely be staying at this home again. Very clean and supplied with everything you need. Amanda was excellent to deal with very quick to respond.
We were never expecting to find a VRBO/Homeaway rental in Russellville. Having to go there for a week for some family business and the idea of all of us having to stay at a hotel was not an ideal situation. I thought I'd take a chance and just see if there were any short term rentals and was surprised to see there are two homes that Amanda rents out there. The size was perfect, 3 bedrooms 2 bath. The house was very clean included washer and dryer. It provided us the privacy we needed and the homey feel that was a plus. Everyone we know back there was totally surprised that these were available and wanted the info for when they had family or friends coming in to visit. The only negatives were, the house is sparsely furnished with dishes, silverware, etc. We bought paper plates and plastic forks to get us by since there were more than 4 of us. There weren't enough blankets and since it was pretty cold at night, we either froze or cranked the heater up to where we would melt. By the end of the week we got the heater thing figured out and realized we needed to keep it at 73degrees to keep the house warm. Other than that, it was a great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone going there for business or visit.
My husband was working in Russellville and we had the pleasure of renting this home for a couple of weeks. We were so pleased! Clean, comfortable and absolutely bug free not even a spider in the garage! Everything is there, the neighbors are long term and very respectful and courteous to newcomers renting this house. The neighborhood is very quiet and traffic moves very slow on this road. The owners are wonderful and I hope we are in the area again and they have a place available for us.
Me and my family stayed here for a week in June. Amanda is so great and very helpful. The house is not really fancy but it was perfect for us. There are 3 bedrooms with a king in the master, and a full bed in the other two rooms. The living space and kitchen are open and a great space. We were so thankful that everything was provided from all the pots and pans to dish soap and trash bags. It was also really nice to have access to the garage. We were able to park our car in there and keep it out of the summer Arkansas sun.
The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because of the location. The street is a bit "rough" and I'm a paranoid mom. Other than that, it was perfect. Just minutes from downtown. A short drive to several state parks. And about an hour from Little Rock.
