The appliances are new, such as bedding. A large entrance distributes 4 rooms including three bedrooms, and a living / dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The room has a sea bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms on the gardens are equipped with beds of 140x200, one of which has an en suite with shower room. Emplacement top, quelques inconvénients non négligeables

Très bon remplacement pour cet appartement sous les toits d’une maison ancienne (non rénovée) face à la plage du sillon. Vue exceptionnelle. Situé au 2eme et dernier étage de la maison, l’appartement comprend 3 chambres, un salon de taille moyenne et une cuisine ouverte. Les ouvertures sur la mer sont de petite taille mais acceptables pour profiter de la vue. Il n’y aucun espace extérieur, ce qui l’été peut être préjudiciable. L’équipement est complet, l’ameublement ancien et ds un état moyen ou très fatigué. La propreté est correcte, sans plus. L’hiver, pas de pb de chauffage ni d’humidité. 1 salles d’eau et une douche à réserver aux enfants car minuscule. Les wc sont ds la cuisine, ce n’est pas des plus agréables. Comme mentionné, il n’y a pas de wifi et une seule tv, la deuxième ne fonctionne pas. Les gros points faibles de cet appartement : Pas de stationnement réservé et c’est une grosse galère pendant les vacances et augmente sensiblement le coût de la location, compter 25€/ jour. Pas de poubelle collective, obligation de trouver un container sur un trottoir et de le squatter quotidiennement… Sécurité très faible de l’appartement, porte d’entrée de la maison ouverte en permanence (non fermée à clé) et porte vitrée d’accès à l’appartement fine comme du papier, prévoir de ne rien laisser de valeur dans l’appartement. Pour rappel et ce n’est pas lié à l’appartement en lui même, il n’y a pas de plage du tt à marée haute dvt l’appartement, s’en souvenir l’été avec des enfants, obligation de prendre la voiture et galérer encore pour le stationnement…

Splendide appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec nos 3 enfants de 3, 7 et 13 ans. L'appartement est suffisamment grand, nous avions un lit de voyage pour le plus petit. La situation est idéale, il suffit de traverser la rue pour se retrouver sur l'immense plage du Sillon à marée basse. Et à marée haute, on profite du spectacle des vagues directement depuis la fenêtre! En 10-15 minutes à pied le long de la plage du Sillon on rejoint la cité intra-muros. Les 2 douches sont très appréciables en famille au retour de la plage. Seul petit bémol : l'absence de WiFi surtout lorsque l'on vient de l'étranger et que l'on n'a pas de données illimitées en France... Pour le stationnement, nous avons toujours fini par trouver une place (payante) à proximité de l'appartement, mais il faut parfois prévoir de tourner un peu!...
