A spacious south facing two storey hillside villa with 8 seater jacuzzi Jacuzzi enjoying all day sun. It has stunning views of Moraira Valley and the sea. The floor size is 173.3m2.
The villa sleeps a total 8 people in four bedrooms. Three bathrooms. There is a modern fitted kitchen and recently refurnished sitting room, leading to a separate dining room and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and two terraces. The villa also offers WIFI – a Sky TV package. There is also a second lounge located on the lower level which also has a TV and DVD/CD this is ideal for children.
The villa is eight minutes from the beautiful town of Moraira the beach, marina and restaurants etc.
The layout of this villa also offers an ideal holiday property for a couple of families and or a group of friends as well as being ideal for a couple on their own.

The villa has four bedrooms, one master suite comprising of a king-sized bed and a large en-suite walk in shower room - one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. A family bathroom and en suite shower room with the 4th bedroom. The villa can sleep up to eight people.
The upper level living area and master suite can be likened to a penthouse apartment ideal accommodation for a couple.
The Upper Level - master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom – fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, crockery, glasses etc.
The large sitting/dining room room has two settees. The fireplace has a wood burner, Sky TV, WIFI, DVD/CD. Dining table and 8 chairs. The upper terrace with patio table and chairs, sun shade and a gas BBQ plus the chill area having round table and seats with cushions and of course stunning views of Moraira etc.
Stairs lead to the lower level comprising of one large double room which has a walk in wardrobe an a large en-suite shower room. One Two twin bedded rooms which share a full bathroom toilet and basin.
There is also a second sitting room with a two seater and three seater settee. TV, DVD/CD Good for computer games consoles (please bring your own);
A built in washing machine and ironing facilities are located on this level.
This level leads to the second tiled terrace with an eight person Jacuzzi/spa, plus good quality sun loungers. a shaded area.
SMOKING IS PERMITTED ON THE TERRACES ONLY
Pets - one dog etc. allowed at the owner’s discretion.
There is a large communal swimming pool and gardens with sun beds etc. It is rarely busy even in the high season.
Secure urbanisation. Pay Pal accepted if required
Things to do.: The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spanish are very friendly. There is a small fair open most of the year. In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sea life park. Benidorm Palace is worth a visit for an enjoyable night out. Train station in Teulada.
The local wine from the Jalon Valley is an absolute must do.The nearest nine hole golf course is 5 minutes away. 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, peddelos etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track but suitable for all levels.
Travel and transfers: Alicante airport is under one hour away and Valencia one and a quarter hours. Murcia 1 and half hours. Mainly motorway driving to the villa. A car is required as there is no public transport in the vicinity. It is possible to hire a taxi from the town centre which is approx 10 minutes away. Car hire can be organised on requested. Calpe and Javea are 15/20 minutes and Benidorm 25 minutes from the property.

Fantastic Christmas holidays
We really enjoyed our 12d stay during the Christmas Holidays. The villa is very clean and spacious with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a full equipped kitchen, 2 large terraces with amazing sea views. The kids especially loved the jacuzzi.
The location is also perfect: just 5 min from highway, close to several nice towns and beaches (Moraira, Javea, Denia, Calpe, Benidorm, Vilajoyosa). Even larger cities as Valencia and Murcia are within 1,5h driving distance.
We also had luck with the weather. No rain at all, lots of sun and temperatures up to 23°C. That's better than most Belgian summers ;).
Coral was always reachable to solve a problem, even on Christmas Eve. Thank You Coral!
We highly recommand this villa for a wonderful vacation at the Costa Blanca!
Spacious Villa & Fantastic Views
Casilla is a spacious villa even with eight people staying. The views from
the terrace are fantastic! Coral was very
helpful during both booking and arrival.
We all had a fantastic holiday including
great local restaurants, our favourite was Pedramala!! The only negative was that we missed having Air Conditioning at this time of year, although there was ceiling & floor fans provided.
We are so glad you all had a fantastic holiday. We are currently in talks with the administration of the urbanisation with regards to air conditioning units but the fans and the breeze from being located higher up do help to bring the temperature down. A villa we just keep coming back to!
Fantastic villa in a wonderful location! I think the fact that we have returned here year after year says it all really. We love the view from the upper terrace and the villa is extremely well furnished and kitted out. Any problems are speedily dealt with by Coral. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great villa and loads of space and terraces. Great views from the terrace over the town and kids loved the jacuzzi which was an added bonus.
Perfect villa for a long stay
We stayed at the villa for six weeks and it was a real home from home. We did not want to leave. As it was just two of us plus dog for four of the weeks the layout was perfect for us with the en suite bedroom and living areas on the top floor (entrance level). The house was well equipped and clean and comfortable and Coral and her husband Ray dealt promptly with any problems. Would definitely recommend it. . .

Fabulous, tranquil place to rent
This 2 floor apartment is quite simply stunning. It is decorated to a very high standard and has everything you need including coffee maker, Weber BBQ, washing machine etc. We spent 2 weeks there in August and my 2 boys (16 and 12) loved the jacuzzi and also the shared swimming pool. There was lots of space for relaxation and fantastic views. It meant the whole family could chill out and do exactly what they wanted. Coral, the manager, was super. Very responsive and helpful. It's rare I write a review but in this instance could not help myself. We can't wait to come back next year.

The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Many good restaurants and bars. Prices vary according to the establishment. 8 Michelin guide rated and 3 Michelin star restaurants in the area. A couple of night clubs. Children's fair. Marina. Many supermarkets, banks and two internet shops. Nice gift. clothes and shoe shops.
Other Activities: International Go Karting Track
Golf: Club Ifach is a 5 minuute drive from the house. It is an 9 whole course. There are 8 other courses within a 30 minute drive of the villa. More information on request.
Additional pricing information
All prices included linen and towels. (Not beach towels which can be hired on request) Linen change mid term on short lets. holiday. Longer terms are not offered this facility but linen will be provided for your own change. Dual Air conditioning is charge separately to minimise fees at £40/€50 per week if required. If you choose yo pay via Pay Pal please note we will not accept any charges incurred by these transactions. Cancellation. In the event of cancellation less than eight weeks prior to arrival no refunds will be given. In the event of cancellation more than eight weeks from the arrival date your 25% deposit will be forfeited but the balance will not be paid. If the owner cancels you will be offered alternative accommodation first. If this is not suitable a refund of either the deposit or in full if the total balance has been paid in full. The key deposit will be refunded in all instances. Holiday insurance should be purchased at the same time as the reservation is made to safe guard against cancellations on your part.
