Nice ski chalet 5 minutes from Ski Wentworth on paved road.

Bungalow that has been made into a cosy ski home.

3 bedrooms on main floor, 1 bedroom in basement.

Master has ensuite 1/2 bath. There is also a full bathroom on the main floor and a bathroom with shower in the basement area. The basement is partially finished and has a rec room area with a ping pong table and games.

Fully and tastefully furnished - includes everything and is ready to move into tomorrow. Kitchen has electric stove, new fridge and dishwasher. There is a washer, dryer and freezer in the basement.

Oil furnace, but also has wood furnace and a Vermont Castings woodstove in the living room.

Located right on the Wallace River.

Provincial park across road

Above ground pool presently unused but operable.

Large deck overlooking river.

Private but easy in/out and close to Ski Wentworth - walkable.

Centrally located in rural Nova Scotia - easy access to Halifax, Moncton, Northumberland Strait, Cape Breton, and PEI

No pets please. No smoking. Perfect for young active family!
