Price includes taxes and cleaning fee. Master bedroom includes king bed, flat screen tv, balcony and view of the ocean. Guest bedroom includes queen bed and balcony. Both rooms are located upstairs with a bathroom (tub/shower combo). All linens and towels/beach are included. Living room sofa also has a queen bed. There is a bathroom downstairs that is a full bath with shower only. The kitchen is fully equipt with microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and all cooking utensils. Garage provides washer/dryer, iron and ironing board,beach chairs,cooler available and propane gas grill.
My wife and I were exceptionally pleased with our month of March stay in Mariners Bay , Flagler Beach .
The condo was spacious , clean , and complete with all the amenities you would ever require .The owners were immediately attentive to our enquires
The proximity to the beach was the major draw to this accommodation . The Flagler beach is serene and never crowded .
Returning to this area is high on our priority list ,and to this housing area .
Very nice place close to the ocean and had a nice pool. We were a little surprised when we got there and there was no toilet paper or dishwasher soap. We had to run right out and buy some toilet paper. We had never stayed at a place that this wasn't provided. Other than that, it was very nice. A wonderful garage and we were even able to cook outside. We had a wonderful gentlemen greet us when we arrived. The directions to the place weren't very good though. We had read a review from someone that had stayed there otherwise we probably wouldn't have been able to figure out how to get there from the highway.
We very much enjoyed our relaxing week at the Mariners Bay condo. The daily walks on the beach right across the street were a highlight for us. The condo was nice and quiet during our stay and there were lots of great restaurants right on A1A. This was a great time of year to visit. Weather was great and was not a busy time to be there. Owners were good to work with.
I absolutely loved this place, our stay was from Dec 24 to Dec 31 2016. They provided everything we would need and then some. The master bedroom was the perfect spot to wake up to and watch the sunset and tides roll in and out, parking in the garage for the added protection, convenience and security was a plus for me. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The directions to the condo was the only problem on our stay, Shona was available to assist us and after she gave us the directions we were good from there on. May be this will be helpful (Turn on Seaside, go down four streets turn on Ancor, then on Mariner, keep straight until you run into condo sign, turn right, go around one way curve, condo on the right on look for #). I would stay here again with the beach right there walking distance like 3-5 min walk. Thanks Shona, we enjoyed ourselves and your place was the best!
We spent the month of July at this condo. It was wonderful. My sons Jack and Cole enjoyed the pool and the beach. My husband golfed near by and enjoyed his time. I loved the walks on the beach, the towns near by and the pool. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with for making arrangements. I am hoping to rent it again next summer! Thank you for such a great memory.
We appreciated our private beach across the street. We were far enough from Spring breakers and close enough to some really good restaurants and amenities of the Daytona Beach area. As for the property, the accommodations were generally comfortable. The kitchen supplies, bedding and towels were well stocked. I know that each renter would suggest something different, but for us, more towel bars and clothes hooks in the bathroom (and even in the garage) would have been useful. We would have appreciated some paper and pens/pencils, local information (restaurants, places of interest, etc) and information about local recycling. There was no screen on the master bedroom sliding door, so we couldn't open the door to hear the ocean at night. The screen and slider in the other bedroom need repair. The owner was receptive, friendly, concerned and helpful.
Daytona Speedway is located 12 miles from the condo. St. Augustine is 35 minutes north. Orlando, WDW and Downtown Disney is located an hour and half.
