Spacious apartment overlooking the dunes of Maspalomas with private parking.

Furnished apartment in idyllic and unique situation of Gran Canaria. Second floor. Very bright. Ideal year-round climate. With wonderful views of the sea and the dunes of Maspalomas, it is only 30 m to the beach access. Large living room with large balcony and kitchenette, equipped to enjoy the nice weather. In quiet with all services at hand area without using the car, although the property has private and exclusive parking. Restaurants, entertainment area, and the shopping area are just a five minute walk.

The property has 3 bedrooms, the first one with en suite, has a double bed of 1.60 mx 1.90 m, fully equipped, with wardrobe and air conditioning.

A second bedroom has a + bed plus an extra bed.

The third, with balcony access, has two beds, plus an extra bed.

The apartment is fully equipped with modern and comfortable air for 6, but could accommodate up to 7 people.

Brilliant Family Holiday

This was our first holiday with another family and the apartment suited us all. It has a stunning view of the beach from the balcony

which we overlooked and enjoyed each Day. Our kids spent hours in the pool every day and the access to the beach is across the road! The apartment was very clean and in great order. The apartment has shops, buses and taxis nearby. There is no need for a car.

We flew home late on the Friday evening and the landlord kindly agreed to a late check out which meant we enjoyed the last day at the aqua park before leaving for the airport and thus didn't have to worry about our luggage.

Great accommodation and very accommodating landlord. Will definitely return for another holiday. Highly recommendable.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, good facilities and fabulous location with great views

We really enjoyed our stay here - the property has a private parking space directly beneath, so is great for those who like that convenience. The apartment is literally a 1 minute walk to the beach and there's a nice little pool a similar distance away with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable and the property is stylish and modern with plenty of storage space. Francisco was helpful and polite in all comms and I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

Absolutely Excellent

The apartment is absolutely excellent, with the most amazing views, I really don't think the on-line photos do it justice. Francisco was an absolute pleasure to deal, very efficient and professional.

Great apartment close to the beach

It has been a great apartment for our vacations. We were a group of six and the apartment was spacious enough for all of us with one master bedroom and two additional rooms with two beds each. All in all it makes a very clean and well-kept impression. The location is great, only a one minute walk or so to the beach, which you can see from the balcony, and the beautiful dunes are also in close walking distance. Thanks also to the owner, who responded immediately to any requests we had. We can only recommend this apartment for a relaxing holiday in Maspalomas.

Excellent apartment & location

A beautiful modern, well equipped and spacious apartment in a perfect location. Everything you require ie. beach or shopping centre and wonderful restaurants are within walking distance so a car is not necessary, but having the private car park space should you hire a car is an additional benefit. Communications whilst making the booking with Pachi, our host, and the reception manager, Francisco of Duna Oasis Maspalomas upon arrival were very easy. We have stayed in other resorts in Maspalomas, but this genuinely is the best and we look forward to returning. We would not hesitate to recommend the apartment and location for a wonderful, relaxing holiday. It is "simply the best".

Maspalomas Beach is the most emblematic of the Canary Islands beach. Known by the natural park of the Maspalomas dunes, bathed by 7 km of sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

The property is in a prime location just a few steps from the sand and sea. Sole situation that you can share with your partner, family or friends.

During the morning, you can enjoy the balcony to take advantage of a generous sun. Start breakfast with views of the dunes and the sea, it is a privilege very few. In the afternoon, after coming from the beach, a relaxing moment, and later to prepare an evening candlelight with the whisper of the sea and the moonlight, at a comfortable temperature, between 20 and 25 medium year.

Everything you could hope for a peaceful vacation, you can take Maspalomas. And if you like shopping, just 300 m you have the shops of the most recognized brands. A luxury at your fingertips!

The large influx of visitors makes it very difficult to find somewhere to park the car. But not to worry. The property has private parking for the convenience of our visitors.
