Spacious apartment overlooking the dunes of Maspalomas with private parking.

Furnished apartment in idyllic and unique situation of Gran Canaria. Second floor. Very bright. Ideal year-round climate. With wonderful views of the sea and the dunes of Maspalomas, it is only 30 m to the beach access. Large living room with large balcony and kitchenette, equipped to enjoy the nice weather. In quiet with all services at hand area without using the car, although the property has private and exclusive parking. Restaurants, entertainment area, and the shopping area are just a five minute walk.

The property has 3 bedrooms, the first one with en suite, has a double bed of 1.60 mx 1.90 m, fully equipped, with wardrobe and air conditioning.

A second bedroom has a + bed plus an extra bed.

The third, with balcony access, has two beds, plus an extra bed.

The apartment is fully equipped with modern and comfortable air for 6, but could accommodate up to 7 people.

Maspalomas beach, the dunes and the faro, are considered as teh best area to spend holidays in Gran Canaria.

Our property, very well equiped, located, and 100% confortable, has the consideration of our guests as the best one in the area. We have the advantage of the private parking, and just 1 m walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping centers

Absolutely Excellent

The apartment is absolutely excellent, with the most amazing views, I really don't think the on-line photos do it justice. Francisco was an absolute pleasure to deal, very efficient and professional.

Great apartment close to the beach

It has been a great apartment for our vacations. We were a group of six and the apartment was spacious enough for all of us with one master bedroom and two additional rooms with two beds each. All in all it makes a very clean and well-kept impression. The location is great, only a one minute walk or so to the beach, which you can see from the balcony, and the beautiful dunes are also in close walking distance. Thanks also to the owner, who responded immediately to any requests we had. We can only recommend this apartment for a relaxing holiday in Maspalomas.

Excellent apartment & location

A beautiful modern, well equipped and spacious apartment in a perfect location. Everything you require ie. beach or shopping centre and wonderful restaurants are within walking distance so a car is not necessary, but having the private car park space should you hire a car is an additional benefit. Communications whilst making the booking with Pachi, our host, and the reception manager, Francisco of Duna Oasis Maspalomas upon arrival were very easy. We have stayed in other resorts in Maspalomas, but this genuinely is the best and we look forward to returning. We would not hesitate to recommend the apartment and location for a wonderful, relaxing holiday. It is "simply the best".

Wonderful Apartment!

This apartment is wonderful, it is in a great location, its modern, spacious and a home away from home. The view of the beach is great and you can be on the beach in minutes as well as in any of the local restaurants. I have stayed a couple of times and look forward to staying again in this apartment. The owner is very helpful and is very quick to answer any questions that you might have. I really would recommend this apartment and the area of Maspalomas for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage.

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie für 10 Tage in dem Appartement. Es ist exakt wie beschrieben, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön: Ruhig (gar nicht so leicht in Maspalomas), toller Blick auf Strand und Dünen und wirklich nur ein paar Meter zum Strand. Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter Francisco war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne große Wohung direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung ist liegt direkt im Blick auf den Strand und eignet wegen ihrer Größe sich auch für eine größere Familie. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war prima und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
