A beautiful 5 Bedroom villa with a private pool and panoramic views of surrounding farmland. Situated on the edge of the quiet village of Lavardac, 7 km from the historic medieval town of Nerac, (equal distance from Toulouse and Bordeaux) in the heart of Southwest France.
Within a few kilometers, there are lots of exciting things to do including lakes, theme parks, high adventure tree climbing, go-karting and lots more.

Beautiful Views
The property was wonderful and the views from the house over the countyside are magnificent. It's a beautiful spot quiet and perfect for touring the surrounding area around it. Local restaurants and town only a few minutes walk away had everything you needed, Can recommend this property. It was very hot whilst we were there and the aircon was not working properly this was the only negative. I'm sure it will get fixed.

Great family holiday house.
We loved the house and location and the views were amazing. We were 3 families and there was so much to do in the area. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed including lots of pool toys. The children loved it. Would highly recommend it as a great place to stay.

Fabulous house with the most spectacular view and pool
Recently back from a week's stay at Lonley Oak. We cant recommend this amazing home from home enough. We had everything we could possibly need for wonderful days relaxing around the pool, cooking and enjoying the view and outside space of this beautiful villa. We had absolute privacy but at the same time only a 10 min walk to the boulangerie, bank, tabac, cafe-bar and Wednesday market. 5 mins drive to 2 large supermarkets. We were very well looked after by Emma who made sure we wanted for nothing. So much to see in the area - we could happily have stayed another week. We would absolutely re-book for another time!

Perfect quiet location
This was our 2nd time staying at Lonely Oak and it felt like coming home. Communication with Sue and Mike was perfect and any minor issues were dealt with promptly. The local area is very rural but has all the amenities you could need. House and pool are beautiful and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic swimming pool and outdoor space
We had a wedding nearby so used lonely oak as a good base. Ideal family accommodation. Lovely area with stunning views. Enjoyed a relaxing week.

Why they chose this property

The views did it for us; when we originally saw the land, We had seen many areas around Nerac but it took us about 30 secs to decided this land was where we where going to build our home

What makes this property unique

Our own VERY PRIVATE pool makes a huge difference, the house is spacious with 5 separate bedrooms all with independently controlled air conditioning.
A great space to just relax and enjoy downtime or use it as a base to explore the local area and facilities.
