Spacious 85 sqm apartment which provides 4 double bedrooms (4 single beds and 2x single bunk beds for 4 people), a functional completely equipped independent kitchen, a complete bathroom with toilets and shower as well as an additional independent toilet and a wide fitted out living room with dining area (big table and chairs) and a rest zone (sofa, armchair and big LCD flat screen television with satellite and access to international channels).

The main bedroom and living room both open up with wide picture windows to a wide 36 swm terrace, furnished with a table and 8 chairs for your meals, as well as 4 sun beds and rolling sun blinds which have been installed to enjoy at any time of the day this pleasant outdoor area from where you can see the beautiful Playa Capellans.

This is a bright property thanks to its many windows, well maintained, and completely equipped with household appliances, big fridge, much storage and several closets, outdoor furnishing, etc … which, moreover, includes a private outdoor parking spot within the residence, an unlimited Wifi connection, complete linen with bed sheets and shower towels, as well as the air conditioning with 2 devices installed in both the living room and corridor to the bedrooms.

It is part of a family residence, with elevators, and stands on the fourth floor which allows panoramic view, from the terrace, onto Salou.

Standing in a one-way street and in a quiet part of Salou's animated centre, this property stands close to the beaches, about 100m from Playa llenguadets, 200m from Playa Capellans and within walking distance to the other beaches in Salou.

It also provides easy and quick walking access to all kinds of facilities and leisure activities available on the beach front (pedestrian maritime promenades Acantilats and Jaume I, restaurants, barsm shops, supermarkets, bakeries, chemists, bus stops with regular 24-24 lines, etc …).
