Newly renovated French Quarter Time Share, 1 bedroom, sleeps 4. Balcony off the bedroom. Enter to the Living Room (pull out bed), walk through the Kitchen to the bedroom. Great location: 3 blocks to St. Charles Street Car, Canal Street Car across the street, 3 blocks to Bourbon, 6 blocks to Jackson Square, 1 block to Casino, 2 blocks to Riverwalk Mall and MoonWalk, 2 blocks to Audubon Aquarium and much more. Walking distance to the Marigny's jazz clubs and the French Market. This property has served as our home base for many wonderful NOLA trips since 1999!

About Brian McEwan

We have been traveling to NOLA since 1999 when we bought this time share. We've never looked back! After more than a dozen visits to the Crescent City we know full well what it 'means to miss New Orleans'. Sadly, some years we are unable to use our property, but look forward to sharing it with you, whether you are a first timer or a returning visitor. While we grew up and still live in the great state of Michigan, it is a foregone conclusion we will eventually spend time in NOLA during at least part of the year.

Why Brian McEwan chose Central Business District

We fell in love with the city almost immediately and bought this property to serve as a home base and a reason to return. It has served us well! The location is perfect for access to all major areas of the city as the street car is only 1-3 blocks to take you to City Park or out to the Garden District and Uptown. 3 blocks to the Mississippi River, Moon Walk and Riverside Mall. 5 blocks to Jackson Square and 8 blocks to the French Market. A walk across the Quarter gets you to the Faubourg Marigny where we've frequented Snug Harbor since 1999. Additionally, a the wonderful jazz scene has exploded in the years after Katrina. A ride down the St. Charles street car line has you walking among the Garden District mansions, exploring Lafayette Cemetery #1, strolling the oaks o f Audubon Park or riding all the way down to Carrollton and the gems of this area.

Very nice accommodations, location and a kitchen were key features drawing us to Club la Pension.
