Boulevard Bend has something for everyone. Built in 2011, it's new construction with all the modern conveniences. The building boasts slate tile, hardwood flooring, in-floor radiant heat, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a car port with one spot for unit C so you won't have to brush all that snow off your car in the morning! Boulevard Bend is a great location, it sits just off the west end of Main Street in Frisco so it's an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants.
Unit C is a cozy one bedroom condo with a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. In addition to the full kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, unit C has WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, private laundry, gas fireplace and 2 televisions, a 42" in the living room and another 26" in the bedroom.
This was our second ski trip to the area as a family and I knew I wanted a washer & dryer so we skipped the place we had stayed at previously, which didn't have one in the condo. This unit was nice and had some bells and whistles, but for a family of 4, it's too small. The kids slept on the sleeper sofa and space was scarce. If it had just been 2 people, I'd give it 4 stars. The location was great, especially if you wanted to walk around town, and the complex quiet, but the arrangement of the furnishings was not practical at all. Hard to get around with all the furnishings and ski gear.
