This beautiful property has been built in traditional style with white-washed walls and a simple design, surrounded by a small garden. It is situated in an attractive and somewhat exclusive area - being close to Burriana beach and in a quiet residential zone.

Consisting of 1 double bedroom with built-in-wardrobe, a bathroom, spacious open living area with lounge, dining area and fitted/equipped kitchen. Large glass sliding doors lead you onto the private terrace with outdoor dining furniture. From here you have excellent sea and mountain views.

A great feature of this property is the private garden, with grass lawn, BBQ and terraced areas.

Ideally located. Inclusive the use of two bikes.

Mycket trevligt ställe i lugnt område ,ett perfekt gömställe från värmen. Utrustat med absolut allt man behöver.

Ett bra startpunkt för utflykter till Granada, Malaga ,Cordoba ,Sevilla ,Ronda, t.o.m. Gibraltar och inte missa grottorna i Nerja.

Värdarna är mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga att man känner sig mycket välkommet .

Vi skulle gärna åka ditt igen i närmaste framtiden

Tranquilo, limpio y muy bien equipado

El apartamento está en muy buenas condiciones, y en un lugar privilegiado con vistas al mar y a la montaña. Es aconsejable ir con coche porque está en una urbanización no muy cerca del casco urbano, pero al mismo tiempo lo hace una zona muy tranquila, perfecta para las vacaciones.

Apartamento muy bien equipado, y detalles cuidados.

Propietarios muy amables y accesibles. El jardín es precioso y la barbacoa genial!

Het betreft een mooi appartement, geschikt voor 2 a 3 personen,het zicht is enorm mooi en het is er zeer rustig,alles is aanwezig als basisbehoefte en de eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk,de tuin is ook prachtig door de vele bloemen!

"Logement très sale : carrelage et tapis constellés de cheveux et de poils (de chien ?) et autres..., Sous le lit, idem, poussière de plusieurs semaines sur les meubles, derrière les portes ; four micro-ondes dégageant une odeur puante, avec projection de sauce tomate sur les parois, cafetière pas lavée, de l'eau sale dans la théière, poêles sales et hors d'usage... Nous avions réservé et envoyé des arrhes depuis le 19 novembre. Comment peut-on proposer un tel logement sans honte ? La propriétaire nous a dit qu'elle n'avait pas vérifié l'état de l'appartement et qu'elle n'avait personne pour faire le ménage ; elle nous a remboursé."

"Het betreft een schoon, knus ingericht appartement in een plezierige woonwijk van Nerja. Goed bereikbaar, rustig met een prachtig uitzicht. Alles aanwezig: oven, magnetron, wasmachine, kacheltjes etc. Zowel meubels en overige huisraad zoals gordijnen, etc. zeer smaakvol. Hetzelfde geldt voor serviesgoed, glazen etc. We hebben met plezier in het appartement verbleven gedurende 4 weken. Prima prijs/kwaliteitverhouding en zeer aardige eigenaars."

"Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires toujours prêts à donner des conseils. Location bien située mais voiture indispensable : nombreuses plages accessibles ayant conservé leur côté sauvage, plusieurs supermarchés et boutiques, restaurants, ...

Location bien pour 4 personnes. Canapé lit dans la salle à manger mais des rideaux plus foncés seraient idéals pour les grasses matinées... Grand balcon sur lequel on peut manger, très agréable. Vaisselle suffisante, poèles un peu petites pour faire la cuisine pour 4."
