This beautiful property has been built in traditional style with white-washed walls and a simple design, surrounded by a small garden. It is situated in an attractive and somewhat exclusive area - being close to Burriana beach and in a quiet residential zone.

Consisting of 1 double bedroom with built-in-wardrobe, a bathroom, spacious open living area with lounge, dining area and fitted/equipped kitchen. Large glass sliding doors lead you onto the private terrace with outdoor dining furniture. From here you have excellent sea and mountain views.

A great feature of this property is the private garden, , BBQ and terraced areas.

Brilliant holiday, lovely apartment, excellent part of Spain

Lovely, quiet well away from the hustle and bustle and within easy reach of the main town (by cheap, regular bus) & the beach. (If you don’t mind the hill walk back up!) Plenty of decent bars at the beach and also in Nerja itself.

Nicely furnished, clean and the balcony provided a marvellous view of the sea & mountains.

The balcony itself provided an excellent eating area and coupled with Chimenea Grill was ideal.

The Supermarket is a mere 10 min walk and is well stocked with everything you would need.

Margaret & Ted are a lovely couple who were extremely helpful and willing to assist beyond the call of duty.

Lovely bright apartment with spectacular views from the balcony over the surrounding countryside

The apartment is in a beautiful location approximately 30 minutes walk to Nerja town centre and only 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, where there are a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The bright apartment is surrounded by colourful flowers and a shady terrace area for dining. There are outstanding views from the balcony to the mountains and the sea and it was occasionally difficult to move yourself away from the apartment at all as it was such a lovely place.

Margy and Ted were both extremely welcoming on our arrival and kept in touch with us before and after we arrived to make sure we were ok.

The town itself is extremely pretty and has a vast choice of restaurants, bars and shops. There are also lovely walks in the area and several beaches along the coast apart from the nearest beach at Burriana.

This was our first visit to Nerja and we will definitely return as there was so much to see and do.

Did not want to leave...

We had a great time here. The booking went really well, had great communication from the owners before we booked and when we met them for the keys. Absolutely stunning views, in a nice peaceful area. The garden had a few different areas to it so you could get sun or shade at anytime, and since it was a little sun trap on the balcony shade was needed at times. BBQ area at the bottom was great, we made good use out of that, especially since the food was so cheap from the supermarket. It was walkable to some bars & restaurants, with quite a few on the beach area - this is a bit hilly though. The old town was a little too far to walk for us, especially in the heat but well worth getting there. Nerja was a great place to explore, lots of nice places to eat, lovely beach and some fantastic little nearby villages.

Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of space in the apartment and lots of parking spaces. We loved nerja so much we are looking to come again as soon as possible, and we would definitely stay in this apartment again, highly recommend.

Mycket prisvärt boende.

Jag och min man hyrde nedre delen av huset i 4 veckor från mitten på oktober till mitten av november. Mycket nöjda med priset, läget och det välutrustade köket.

En fantastiskt utsikt över havet och bergen. Ca en kvart promenad till Buriana strand och 20-25 min till Balcon de Europa. Finns också en stor livsmedel affär på knappt 10 min gångavstånd. Vi hade även vår hund med och det fungerade mycket bra.

Underbara ägare Margret och Ted.

Det ända vi saknade var solen på kvällen då balkongen ligger åt sydöst.

Kan varmt rekommenderas.
