Splendid and spacious apartment overlooking the pools and gardens. The apartment has 80 m2 with two spacious bedrooms where there is one double bed and two single beds in another and two bathrooms, lounge with dining area, TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning cold and heat, full kitchen equipped (Cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen accessories) and a terrace where you can relax. It has a private garage, extensive gardens with a tennis court and paddle courts, two pools and two kiddie pools, and a good gym. In the garden there is also a kids playground. 400 meters of the building there is a long promenade of 8 km with many shops, restaurants, shops and beach, and on the other hand there are several supermarkets that have everything, a pharmacy, banks and various shops.
Stayed at Javier's apartment for a week and we were very impressed.The apartment was very spacious, quiet, well maintained and spotlessly clean we would not hesitate to stay there again when in Torremolinos.

Last year we rent this apartment too. It was again very good. It is a pleasure to be in Spain in winter. In Holland it was very cold.
We like the sunny balcony. The shops and the boulevard are very closeby.

"Apartment was simply perfect. Exactly as described in the advert. we travelled with my husband and our 16 and 19 year old. we wanted got exactly what we were looking for.Building was quiet, no other obvious tourists, several grocery stores in walking distance. Beach was close and it was good proximity to the train station so arrival from Malaga airport was easy, as were day trips to Malaga and other places. I would highly recommend this to families or looking for a home away from home (just with more sunshine and 2 pools!)"
Nous étions 4 adultes à séjourner dans cet appartement, qui est bien équipé et très confortable, nous avons apprécié les 2 salles de bains. Il se situe dans un quartier tranquille, face à la cours intérieur du complexe, donc aucun bruit d'automobiles. Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse pour prendre des repas, et aussi pour étendre le linge. Avec la télé satellite, on y retrouve quelques chaînes de langue française, aussi en allemand, en anglais et bien sûre en espagnol. Il se situe à environ 10 minutes de marche de la plage, et de la station de train La Colina. Même chose pour les épiceries Supersol et Mercadona, ainsi que plusieurs restaurants. L'appartement est conforme à la description de l'annonce. Nous, les 4 adultes, recommandons sans hésiter cet appartement, il offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

" A few meters from the apartment, you have a long promenade of 8 km (Torremolinos) with many very good restaurants and bars, cafes, ice cream parlors. At about 4 km by the promenade towards Benalmádena you have the harbour of Benalmadena, which is worth visiting it. "
