This whole experience was delightful from beginning to end. Paul and Claudie communicated frequently and helpfully with us before our arrival, and they welcomed us the moment we got to Avignon. They assisted us in getting settled and oriented. The apartment itself had everything we could have wanted to rest, cook, and get work done. It is up several flights of stairs, so it is only for the able bodied. The location is splendidly central in the old city next to a lovely historic synagogue and Les Halles markets, as well as a nearby natural food store. At the end of our stay, they both met us again and ensured we were in a taxi on time to get our trail. All around wonderful!

Paul and Claudie are wonderful hosts. Easy to reach by phone to coordinate times. The apartment is in a great location and parking is a block away in a structure. The apartment itself easily accommodated 2 of us. The only thing to be aware of is that this is a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator. We are mid sixties and in good shape so it was not a problem but if stairs are an issue for you be aware.
