Lovely and well equipped house in Normandy. If you are looking for a nice house for you and your 7 friends or family, this is the house. The house is located on a quiet street very close to the beach.

We used the house as our base for the daily trips to the local attractions in Normandy.

Definitely, we would recommend this house for people loving beaches and at the same willing to travel a little bit to see so many interesting sites in Normandy.

We stayed at this home from June 29th until July 5th, 2014. We are from the United States and planned our trip to the Normandy region very "last minute". This home worked out very well for us. We agree with everything that was said about the home in the review from the people who stayed there before us. The home has a great location (quiet cul-de-sac, short walking distance to beach and short walking distance to grocery store). Everything functioned well in the home and it was very clean. The owner was very helpful. We definitely would recommend others to rent this home. Sorry for not writing in French!

We needed somewhere to stay in order to bring our 89 year old father, a veteran of the first day of Dday on 6 June 1944, to attend the 70th anniversary commemorations, and were delighted to find this wonderful house. It is very comfortable, beautifully clean, very well and thoughtfully equipped for all ages with everything you need, has a secure garage for storage, and is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, so is very peaceful, as well as being extremely close to the beach and very near the local supermarket. We took our bikes and enjoyed cycling all over the area, including backwards and forwards along an excellent cycle track all along the sea front to the port at Ouistreham, when various family members arrived or left at different times throughout the week. It was a real bonus for us to be so near the port and made it very easy for us to attend all the events during the week, including services at Bayeux Cathedral and Cemetery, and the memorable International Ceremony on Sword Beach at Ouistreham, as well as very moving local ones at Colleville Montgomery and, on our very last evening, at Hermanville Cemetery where our father had landed on that first day - a fitting end to a special week amongst lovely friendly local people. It couldn't have been better and was exactly as we had hoped it would be from the description. In planning this memorable visit, the owner, Madame Claire and her family, were extremely helpful, which they continued to be throughout our visit, giving us the warmest of welcomes and offering us every assistance. We were three generations of the same family and this week, spent in this wonderful location and in such comfort is a week we will never forget. Thank you Claire and family! We thoroughly recommend this house for any age group.

calme et proche de la plage. le jardin n'est pas vraiment fonctionnel mais agréable.

Toute proche de la partie surveillée de la plage de Colleville Montgomery cette maison située très au calme d'une impasse est un séjour parfait pour une famille avec des enfants grâce au jardin, à la balançoire et aux nombreux jeux et dvd mis à leur disposition. Bon confort, parfaite propreté. La cuisine est un peu petite pour une grande maison mais complète. Le marché aux poissons sur le port de Ouistreham surprend par la modicité des prix par rapport à d'autres ports proches des stations balnéaires (soles à partir de 10 €/kg).
