A spacious apartment includes lounge/diner, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, hall and balcony. The apartment is fully air–conditioned with wifi, good security and high quality terracotta and marble finishes. The balcony is spacious with great views of the pools and well maintained landscaped gardens. Parking is underground and accessed via a lift.

With berths for over 1000 yachts, Almerimar marina a few kilometers away is one of the largest on the southern coast of Spain. Set against the mountain backdrop, the area is attracting many Spanish families as well as tourists. The marina area is the focus for all the local shops and the supermarket. There are also banks, car rental, shops, a large variety of restaurants from tasty Spanish cuisine such as Paella and Tapas, through seafood, Chinese, Italian, English all served in great surroundings overlooking the marina. Beaches are found on both sides of the marina with Chringuitos on the promenade for food and drinks by the sea. The new 5* hotel is also worth a visit for drinks or lunch and there is also a spa as well as the top class golf course and driving range.

Living/dining - equipped for 4 people, with television (Spanish), DVD and radio CD; 1 double and 1 twin bedroom; Bathroom – bath, shower and bidet; Kitchen - Fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. You will also find a washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board. Terrace - external lighting with electricity, 2 padded sun-lounger’s, table & 4 chairs The car park & allocated parking space can be accessed on floor ‘-1’ via the lift. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Day Trips: (Within 2 hours drive) For inland Spain - The city of Granada and the famous Alhambra can be seen in a days trip, as can the Alpujarras valley, with it's charming villages and the famous cave houses at Guadix on the Granada Road. For sports enthusiasts - winter skiing at Sol y Nieve in the Sierra Nevada in the morning can be followed by swimming in the Med in the afternoon

For families - experience Mini Hollywood - Go Wild in the West and visit the Tabernas Desert, home of theSpaghetti Westerns and famous for films such as 'The good, the bad and the ugly' and even dress as a cowboy for the day!

For nature lovers - explore the Cabo de Gata Nature Park - the largest coastal nature reserve in Andalucia. The mountain range of Cabo de Gata has a volcanic appearance and falls sharply into the sea. There are many hidden coves and secluded beaches. The clear waters of the peninsula are perfect for underwater photography, sailing and windsurfing

Roquetas de Mar (20 minutes drive) - For kids - the Waterpark at Roquetas de Mar is a favourite. Roquetas de Mar is a very popular large resort with a fine, uncrowded beach stretching for many miles. Although modern, it still preserves its classic Spanish charm and authentic atmosphere. With many excellent restaurants serving mouthwatering Spanish specialities, as well as lively bars, shops and a bustling fishing harbour, Roquetas has something for everyone including children.

Almerimar Marina: Sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, horse riding, scuba diving are all available in the surrounding Almeria area.

We love Almerimar as it is very friendly, the weather is great, the food is good and we are pleased that we have many returning guests every year that enjoy the apartment as much as we do :)

Wonderful stay in Almerimar

Our stay in Almerimar was amazing. The apartment is very clean, completely equipped, central air conditioner, elevator, underground parking. Everything you needed to make your stay fell like home. Nice terrace with views to the pools and jacuzzi. Recreation areas very well maintained, pools, jacuzzi, padel court, gardens. Very comfortable beds and nicely decorated with warm colors. As seen in pictures. We would recommend this apartment to everyone, and would definitely stay here again. The apartment's location is perfect, nice residential area, very quiet and just a few minutes away from the beach and many restaurants/stores/ supermarkets/services around it. Roya was very helpful and gave us great advice to have a wonderful stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

What a fantastic complex and holiday

I had a fantastic holiday at an apartment in World Europe Almeria. The complex is fantastic, lots of space to relax, two fantastic pools, a spa and it is kept to the highest standards.

The apartment was incredible, clean, fresh, great views, airy, very large balcony, fully secure parking, everything new with all that you need for a memorable stay, very much home from home.

The town of Almeria is wonderful there are lots of friendly restaurants and bars where you can enjoy authentic Spainish food and hospitality. The weather was fantastic, the beaches clean andhassle free. It was really easy to get to the complex from the airport, it took less than 30 minutes from the complex.

I would certainly recommend both the apartment and area for an relaxing, fun holiday. Deborah - London

Estancia muy relajante

Han sido unas vacaciones muy relajantes y desestresantes, lo que ibamos buscando. El apartamento fenomenal de equipamiento y de limpieza, aunque todo se puede mejorar, pero le daria muy buena nota. El residencial muy tranquilo y familiar. La playa un poco lejos para ir andando, unos 25 min. Hay un mercadona cerca asi que el tema compra esta cubierto. En general muy muy muy buenas vacaciones. Hemos vuelto como nuevos.

lo recomiendo a todos los que tengan niños

Especial para niños y para relajarse de un duro año de trabajos.Lo mejor de todo esque esta completamente amueblado y tambien tiene spa para relajarse dentro de la piscina climatizada y baño turco.

Me ha gustado tanto que pienso volver el año que viene o incluso para la nochevieja.

Almerimar Marina: With berths for over 1000 yachts, Almerimar marina, a few kilometers from the apartment, is one of the largest on the southern coast of Spain. The area is developing and as well as tourists, is attracting many Spanish families. The marina area is the focus for all the local shops and the supermarket. There are also banks, car rental, shops, a growing variety of restaurants from good value tasty Spanish cuisine such as Paella and Tapas, through seafood, Chinese, Italian, English all served in great surroundings overlooking the marina.

Beaches can be found on both sides of the marina with chiringuitos for food and drink along the long promenades.

Buses and taxis are available and a car is recommended to be able to visit all the surrounding area

El Ejido: (10 minutes by car) A thriving town with shops, restaurants and a popular market every Wednesday (except the last Wednesday in each month)

Almeria Area: Unknown to most people, the ancient Andalusian province of Almeria, with its 200 miles of virtually undeveloped coastline, lies in the south-east corner of Spain, less than 100 miles from the coast of North Africa. Enjoying the warmest and sunniest climate in the whole of Europe, with mid-day temperatures in January averaging 69°F and in July and August 99°F at least, and with the sun shining for more than 320 days in the year. This historic 'forgotten province' is slowly awakening to the possibilities of tourism, bringing in amenities and facilities for holiday makers, whilst still remaining one of the most charming and unspoilt regions in Southern Spain. The city of Almeria (30 minutes by car) is located at the foot of a mountain range which is crowned by the magnificent Alcazaba, an Arab fortress built by the Calph of Cordoba.

Golf: The Gary Player designed championship course in Almerimar, a few minutes drive from the apartment, is considered one of the best challenges of golf in Spain. Golfers can look forward to a course of wide fairways, with a profusion of trees and plants which afford plenty of shade and, at the same time, serve as natural hazards, protecting the fast greens. The course was designed by Rob Kirby and Gary Player, and consists of 18 holes with a par of 72. It has well positioned sand traps and water features on five hole, one of the most distinctive being the short 12th which includes a challenging island green.

There are also 2 further pleasant and challenging golf courses within a 20 minute drive from the resort, Playa Serena in Roquetas de Mar and La Envía Golf situated in the hills close to the Almeria–Adra highway.

Roquetas de Mar (20 minutes by car) - a large and popular resort with many shops, a long beach and a waterpark for children.

Granada with the stunning Alhambra palace and winter skiing in the Sierra Navada are within 2 hours by car.
