Quiet, Private and Great Value

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed our stay. It is a 15 minute walk to many restaurants, stores and services. The complex is surprisingly quiet. The unit is well decorated with comfortable furniture and well stocked with all the kitchen appliances & extras you will need. The bed & linens are comfortable.

The pool area is close, clean and has comfortable loungers. We were usually the only people using it. Be aware it is not heated. It has areas both in and out of the sun. A large barbeque is also located there and we only saw it being used once.

The unit stays very cool without turning on the air conditioning even in 90 degree weather. It is on the ground floor with a unit above but we hardly heard any noise from neighbors.

Easy access to the airport (15 min) and the highway system (2 min).

Margot was very flexible and responded promptly to all inquiries. We felt she really tried to make our experience enjoyable. Overall we were happy with the unit and the price. We'd certainly return.

As advertised!

We were pleasantly surprised to have such privacy in the middle of town. It was everything the owners said it would be. Though we had very few issues the owner was quick to respond to any problem or questions we had. The central location was ideal for any activity we wanted to pursue whether it was golf or shopping. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning on spending some time in Phoenix.
