This apartment is as lovely as it looks in the photos. Me and my hubby had such a wonderful stay here, both for the attractive, well looked after home and the central location. It was just so easy to get around the centre of London from here and an added bonus to be near the parks. We have no complaints or negatives to report at all. Had the pleasure of staying in this flat on a recent trip to London. Found the a flat very comfortable and in a great location. Easy access to restaurants, pubs, beautiful parks, the subway and Kensington Palace. Would recommend staying here.
My 8 day stay here was perfect. This was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed and that includes hotels. The flat is on the 2nd floor and in a very safe and secure building. We never saw another person inside the building. We felt very safe on the street and in the neighborhood. Located in a great location just a short walk to the Paddington tube station as well as the Lancaster Gate station. The are many local restaurants with in a block or two of the flat. We tried Raffles twice for breakfast, Pride of Paddington Pub, and the Italian places were good too. There is a Sainsbury local market inside the Paddington tube station we were able to pick up a quick late dinner to heat up in the kitchen. I must also say that the bed in this flat is the MOST comfortable bed in all of London. The mattress features a very thick pillow top and the comforter is very cozy after walking all over the city. The kitchen is very small but very well stocked with anything we needed. Bathroom was very roomy with a lot of storage space. I was very pleased with the London Agents. They were very easy to work with and made arrangements to meet me earlier due to an early arrival. Highly Recommend..
My fiancee and I loved staying here...it is the perfect apartment for two people. The decor is fresh and pleasant, there is good of natural light in the whole apartment and the outside street is a nice one. We were expecting the place to be a little noisy because the location is so central, but it was fine. There are several metro (sorry, tube) stations to use nearby plus lots of buses which made getting around very easy. Our whole stay was great, no problems with booking or checking in or anything like that, which is always a relief. The agency were helpful with a few questions that we had during our stay. Thanks again for an awesome vacation.
Stayed in this flat for 9 days. It is perfectly situated in a safe neighborhood within short walking distance to 2 different tube lines and Paddington Station. We loved being close to Hyde Park and enjoyed sampling the local restaurants and pubs (The Victoria Pub was our favorite). The flat was very clean and comfortable and perfectly furnished for a vacation rental. The printer and Wi-Fi were very handy. Communication with the management company was very easy and responsive. It is up a few flights of stairs (good exercise), but the building also has a lift and having a bigger size bed was very nice (rare in London!). I highly recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again.
We very much enjoyed our 4 week stay in the flat. It is tastefully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. Being able to use the printer was a bonus.
It's location within a short walking distance to two tube stations and to Hyde Park makes it a very desirable. Communication with the rental agent was very positive.

Bayswater is a convenient central location with a pleasant, community atmosphere, much loved by visitors the world over. Visit Whiteley’s of Bayswater, a shopping centre that is a listed building, and London’s first department store. Stroll down to the hustle and bustle of Oxford and Regent Streets, or wonder around the calm expanse of Kensington Gardens or Hyde Park. Perfect for the business or leisure traveller who wants to be in the urban centre but still have access to calm, quiet places.
This is a lively cosmopolitan area with many great bistro's and bijoux shops to be found on Queensway and Westbourne Grove. The entire area is culturally diverse and the shops around here are interesting and unusual. They make a nice change from Oxford Street and may be where you will find the perfect London souvenir! . There are many superb ethnic restaurants to be found run by locals. A good area for walking and exploring…enjoy the many wide, attractive streets and garden squares lined with Victorian stucco terraces.
Bayswater Road is a long, main road which runs from Marble Arch, down past Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, through Holland Park and all the way into Notting Hill and beyond. You will find embassies and lots of hotels down it’s side streets, with a good bus service. It’s a pleasant walk down the wide expanse of this road with it’s huge oak trees and the parks alongside. Pause and peruse the art displayed and for sale on the park railings when the weather is fine.
This is a great, central location with fast and easy access to its neighbours, such as Notting Hill. Quick transfer to Heathrow Airport on the Heathrow Express from Paddington Station.
