Second floor end unit condo in the Castle Pines community at PGA Village in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Castle Pines is a 24/7 gated and guarded community with it's own pool, hot tub, and playground. PGA Village offers four 5 star courses and state of the art practice facilities. PGA Village has been ranked as one of the top 75 Golf Resorts in North America by Golf Digest.

The condo's fully furnished living areas include a full kitchen, dining area, family room, large screened in lanai, and half bath. The condo's two bedrooms each have their own private bathroom. The condo's two spacious bedrooms each contain two queen sized beds and dressers. The master bath features double sinks and a spacious walk in tile shower with a built in bench.

The second bedroom and full bath can be 'locked off' from the main unit and used as an efficiency. The second bedroom includes a pub table with four stools as well as it's own mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The second bedroom also has it's own private entrance and separately controlled heating and air conditioning.

The condo includes three flat screen televisions, with one in the family room and one in each bedroom. Each TV includes digital cable with over 140 channels. All rooms have ceiling fans.

PGA Village is ideally situated off I-95 and is close to restaurants, grocery supermarket, a 14 screen movie house and many restaurants and big box retailers. Tradition Field, the spring training facility for the NY Mets, is a five minute drive from the property.

This is a great location that provides easy access to lots of entertainment/relaxation options including favorites of ours: golfing, dining, shopping and pool time. Beautiful space that's bright, clean and classy. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and good conversation area in the main living space. Loved the place & our stay!!
