Just a short walk from the busy heart of Puerto Banus, the property is set on the quiet complex of Los Naranjos. On the complex of Los Naranjos there is a clubhouse with a fabulous restaurant and children´s play area. There are also tennis and paddle courts and a five-aside football pitch. The famous Manolo Santana Health Club is just around the corner. The towns of Marbella and San Pedro are a 5 minute drive in each direction. The white-washed village of Istán is only 15 minutes inland. This superb luxury three bedroom town house is fully air-conditioned and features 3 full sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom finished in white marble and comprises a bath with shower over, toilet and bidet. The second bathroom, also finished in white marble, features a walk-in shower. The spacious L shaped lounge and dining area is equipped with satellite SKY TV for English Channels, and DVD player. The fully fitted kitchen comprises an oven with ceramic hob. Supermarket on site

Beautiful spacious house

Beautiful spacious townhouse with great amenities within walking distance, and an easy 5 minute drive to Puerto Banus. The owner of the house was so helpful and a delight to deal with! Was absolutely perfect for our fantastic girls holiday, and would love to return!

Lovely villa in great location

The villa was nice and clean. Very well equipped, except no cleaning products provided. The communal pool area was always nice and quiet however not really appropriate for a group of young people, very family orientated. Only 5 mins taxi ride to Puerto banus so easy to get to at night. Overall we had a lovely stay here.

They usually are but as you were the first summer season guest the cleaners forgot to leave out for you. It won't happen again. Yes the pool is very quiet and relaxing but I have young people staying there all the time and really enjoy that before heading out in the evening. Each to there own I suppose. Los Naranjos townhouse

My wife, son and I had a great time at the townhouse for a "getaway" week in the Puerto Banus area.

The house is in a great location, very easy to get to and an easy walk or drive down to Puerto Banus. The facilities in the house were as described and in very good condition. The area was quiet and local shop and restaurants handy. Pool access on the doorstep.

We were there to play golf and tennis and although the clubhouse does not now offer tennis there is a great facility not too far away (5mins) at Manuel Santana's tennis centre (Gym, tennis, padel).

Highly recommend and interaction with owner great.

Amazing place to stay

Several friends and I booked Vatch's place for a 30th Birthday celebration for the August Bank Holiday weekend. The place is really big and in very good condition. We were generally shocked at the quality of the place.

Vatch put us in contact with a company to take us to and from the airport who were very helpful.

It is a shared pool but we found we were the only people using it, which was nice.

We will definetly be back.

A great place to stay

A great 3 bed townhouse which was very clean and spacious. The direct access to the pool was fab and it was never too crowded. The air-con really made a difference. The on-site security made the development very secure & they also helped us book taxis in the evening. We would definitly return for a week's stay.

Fantastic House and Location!

We recently returned from this holiday home and we are already planning on when we can go back. It really does live up to the details as the house is a great size and the swimming pool is right outside your back gate... and seems to be hardly used by anyone else. The garden out the back is perfect size for a BBQ and relaxing in the sun.

The location is just 5mins from the Motorway so is very easy to find and the large Supermarket round the corner is better than most you will find in the UK. A new coffee shop has opened up next to the Supermarket as well which is great to sit outside and have a drink and homemade cake!

The walk down to the beach in Peurto Banus is about 15-20mins but is an easy stroll along a well lit boulevard... and is a fantastic place with lots of good places to eat and people watch.

As a family we would certainly go back to this house and have no hesitation in recommending it to our other friends and family.... and the owner (Vishnu) is great at giving you details and sorting anything out you need.
