Pleasant spacious apartment situated a short walk away from the old city centre
The apartment is very spacious and well furnished. We found it very clean. There is a lift in case you have mobility problems or children or heavy suitcases. The owners have been very friendly and helpful, very easy to communicate with. A supermarket is only a few minutes walk away. The old city centre with the major tourists sights, shops and an infinity of eating places is just a brief walk away.
We pre-booked a car park via the internet as we wanted to be sure to park without difficulty but then we did see that it would have been possible to park in the streets around, but it is not always guaranteed.

Nicely Kept Apartment Not Far From Train Station Nor Historical Sites
We stayed for four nights at this apartment. We were greeted moments after getting there by Antonio. He explained how things in the apt worked. Everything worked in the kitchen. Nice amount of living space. Clean. We'd go back there again if ever we come to Spain again.

Smooth, responsive communication opened the door to this very nice apartment. Elegant building with excellent location the apartment has plenty of natural light, large spaces and is very well equipped. It is comfortable for 6 people and luxurious for 4. And it is very good value. We will no doubt stay there again next time in Seville. Gracias!
Exactly as described!
This apartment was exactly as described. It was clean and spacious for my husband and I with our 2 grown children (21 and 23). I made use of all the appliances and had no problems. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms were a bonus. The WiFi worked well. The loft is close to many food stores, bars/shops, restaurants and the main attractions in Seville. Thank you for allowing us to make use of your space. I would recommend it to others.

The downtown location is great! You’ll be able to get to know the city by walking. The location also lets you have an easy access to public transportation like BIKE RENTALS, BUSES, UNDERGROUND/ SUBWAY OR TRAINS.
You are also able to walk to the TRAIN STATION (10 min) and take a train or a high-speed train to make an EXCURSION TO OTHER ANDALUSIAN CITIES like CÁDIZ or CÓRDOBA(45 minutes high-speed train); the high-speed train can have you to the BEACHES at Cadiz in 1 hour.
