About the property

Mountain home for total rest, sauna and table football

The Louvèche is not unlike 'Little House on the Prairie' in the middle of one and a half hectares of meadows backed hillside protecting the North wind. The meadow down to the river "Le Lignon" through a pool that we fitted so that tadpoles and frogs can live and grow before your eyes. This old house of 250 m2 has been renovated with taste and warmth of soft wood and granite stone walls. By opening a closet, you can discover a bed two authentic places where children love to sleep. The magnificent and unique view of Mont Mézenc taking pink highlights the setting sun fascinated gaze. Against the west facade, the source that feeds the Louvèche, runs continuously in the Bachat creating a symphony that rock you day and night. Back to basics in this unique setting, possibility to walk searching for all products from the organic farm nearby. For your entertainment, a video is made available as well as board games. Upstairs, a game room has a professional foosball and a sauna for 4 persons. So that your rest is total, 3 rooms have been equipped with new bedding and quality. A dozen mountain bike trails have been built around the Mezenc, one passes the Louvèche. Walkers when to them will enjoy the hiking opportunities. So, happy holidays!

Ski: The Estables ski resort allows the practice of cross-country skiing (60 km of trails), snowshoeing and Alpine skiing. It is ideal for family skiing but also for beginners and children. Snow canons ensure snow and ESF school is available for children. In times of heavy snowfall, cross country ski departure is directly from 'The Louvèche' and joined the "Aiglet Chalet" by groomers. It is also possible to practice snowkiting (school) but the wonder is to sled dog rides (local specialty) to explore this beautiful region.

A paragliding school conducts courses and baptisms for the inexperienced. The takeoff is 2 km as the crow flies ...

A very playful Escalarbre site is 5 km from the Louvèche and delight teens.
