From the windows you can enjoy a wonderful panorama: the dome of the Cathedral, the roof of the Opera House and Buda’s hill with the Royal Palace. During the day the apartment is full of sun and light, while in the evening you can see the illuminated monuments standing out in the sky. The apartment is situated in a central and animated zone; nearby you have: the Opera House, the Operetta and the most important theatres, Liszt Music Academy, café, restaurants and fancy shops. The apartment is consisting of a living room with double sofa bed, a sleeping room with double bed, a totally equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The restoration was completed in 2010.

Terrific location! Beautiful apartment and courtyard. Great view, especially at night.
We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. It had everything you could possibly need or want. It is very spacious, with high ceilings and an immense kitchen. If we were staying for more than a few days, we would have been thrilled to prepare meals in it.
The large windows were a delight, for both letting in light and air. There is a washer in the bathroom, as well as a 24 hour laundry service very close by.
We loved the antique wardrobes in the bedroom. It was also nice to have bedroom doors, if one of you wanted to stay up and sit in the living room to work or watch t.v.
We can't say enough about the convenience of the neighborhood. Trams, buses and the subway are very close by and convenient. There are many outdoor cafe's for any budget, as well as coffee bars, a bakery and Gelato stand. There are small convenience stores, many small speciality restaurants, nightclubs and bars all along the street.
The owners and the women who manage and clean the apartment were extremely helpful and accommodating, from initial rental inquiry through check in and beyond. You could always get in contact with Nikki, by cell phone if you had any questions.
Thank you Elizabeth for the emotional appreciations. We are very happy you enjoyed our place. We also wish to thank you for your exquisite behaviour
Lovely bright apartment of character good location .
Helpful owners of this lovely apartment made our stay very enjoyable with good advice on places to eat and visit. Budapest is very walkable but the hop on off bus was great for info and tired legs!
Beautifully situated in the heart of Pest on a lively street. A short walk to excellent food and entertainment. We stayed for 2 weeks and could have stayed 2 more. Street noise can be a bit much if your looking for an early evening but the thick walls and double windows reduce it to low murmur.
A wonderful place to stay
It was a real pleasure staying in this great apartment, brilliantly sited in the city centre. The weather was abnormally cold even for february, but the flat was always welcoming and warm and cozy. It is perfectly positioned for food and shopping, for cultural visits, and for excursions to places beyond Budapest. It really is a lovely apartment and the owners and the local manager were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. I'd certainly recommend this place to anyone!
we are very happy you enjoyed your stay in our apartment (no surprise about Budapest..I am quite jealous of your finding the city in winter look..what about the snow?). Now that we are retired, we will be enjoying Budapest and middle Europe much longer..
Everything was fine with you, especially sharing your experiences: this way we feel the europeans will feel closer and closer!
The best for you,
gianni and fiorella
Amazing Location and Place
Amazing view of St. Stephen's--and the castle at night! Perfect location for every Pest location. Easy access to Metro 1 and Deak Ter--linking to everywhere else in the city. We lived in Budapest for 3 years and this apartment was very much like where we lived. We felt so at home.
We were served so well--easy to get in and easy to depart from. Niki, Fiorella, Niki's mom were all so helpful. Instant response on any questions we had.
Very well equipped and easy for some meals and close to all of our favorites--Vapiano's/Parazs Preszo Thai/and lots of Costa Coffee's and Starbucks.
We were close to the Christmas markets (open late Nov). Great time to celebrate our marriage and my birthday. Would stay there every time we go back!
Great place to stay, location was perfect for accessing the whole city and the apartment felt like home with all the right amenities; we will definitely stay again next time we're in Budapest!
From the apartment you can visit by feet the most important monuments, you are right in the cultural centre of the city. Very easy to move by public transportation: the three subway lines (Opera or Deak ter) and the main tramway lines are nearby (Oktogon).
As everybody knows, the city is rich of history and culture and there are many museums and monuments to visit, for anybody inclination and taste. You cannot leave Budapest if you haven’t visited (in any season) at least one of the thermal spa that are all over the city: it will be a bath of comfort and also an opportunity to observe the customs of the inhabitants and share with them this fantastic occasion of relax. Further suggestion concerns gastronomy: Budapest is well-known for excellent cooking and is full of elegant restaurants and traditional ones. In the surroundings of the apartment there are many different options: the elegant and frequented restaurants of Listz square and Andrassy avenue or the traditional places in the Jewish district nearby, and also the places where the young and students go, to listen music and inquire about the trendy cultural events. Also, we suggest to visit the city renting a bike: in Budapest there are plenty of cycle tracks. It will be a different way to get in touch with the city, to go through less known routes and discover the characteristic architecture and many hidden enchanting spots.
