I started this vacation apartment rental business few years ago just for fun. Now, ten years later, I manage several properties, the majority of which are nearby the heart of Rome. My flats for rent are, with no exception, in pristine conditions. I visit all of them on a regular basis, to ensure my guests will receive the highest level of hospitality and the attention to every single detail. I am proud to say that I always strive to personally answer to all the emails I receive from future and past customers and take every question or request very seriously. I look forward to seeing you here in Rome, the Eternal City.

We enjoyed the wonderful hospitality that Alessandra provided us.
It was so pleasurable booking the room with Alessandra. I had a lot of questions at the time of booking, and Alessandra responded almost immediately.
When we arrived in Rome, I inadvertently had left my cell phone in the taxi. I tried so hard to get a hold of Free Now who the reservation was made with. We talk to people all over Europe, however we had absolutely no help whatsoever from them. We spent the first 2 days chasing for the phone. Alessandra offered to intervene on our behalf. She called around with her contacts I'm putting those at the airport and did find the telephone. We are so very grateful.Alessandra offered to intervene on our behalf. The apartment was in a wonderful location. When you stepped out of the apartment and looked to the left we saw this wonderful ancient Roman wall. To the right we saw this wonderful market which was open six days a week. We got to know the vendors and we're so happy to buy the produce so close by. If we are missing something I could go to the market and come back in less than 10 minutes.
Was wonderful that we met Alessandra's mother, who owned the apartment. She was a very delightful woman. WeWas wonderful that we met Alessandra's mother, who owned the apartment. Several days later, Jill was invited to come to her apartment. The apartment was beautiful. I will send his mother is an artist. There was beautiful art all through the apartment including one large piece from one of Caravaggio's students. We got to see her beautiful art studio.
The apartment was headed to so many places. Her favourite coffee shop had a fabulous soya cappuccino. In the same area we find so many wonderful things to experience. We also found a wonderful wine bar.
The Colosseum was only a beautiful 20 minute walk from the apartment. In the area of the Colosseum there was so many lovely restaurants. Our favourite was the Sardinian restaurant.
The apartment wa a perfect location for walking from.
THANK YOU ALESSANDRA FOR EVERTHING!! (Ran out of space to write more)
A week in Rome in November-December
The property was nice, cosy and clean and the hosts were most kind.
All we needed was available: hot shower, working heating and a very comfortable bed! There are many grocery stores nearby. Just over the road there is a "country" market with fresh vegetables, fish etc. and a bus stop to get to the downtown (and even to the Stadio Olimpico with one bus!) if you don't prefer walking.
We can warmly recommend this property :).
And of course Rome is wonderful!
It was a perfect location for us!
Great location to the colesseum & loved the quiet neighborhood. The flat was clean & enough for what we needed to stay in Rome a few nights.
Was good but could be better
Was good but I think they can do little things to do it better, for example microwave oven, change the closet is uncomfortable, and several things in the kitchen
Everything you need and expect
It's in a pretty great location with restaurants and cafes near by. The colosseum is with in walking distance. A few bus stops near by as well. Our host was very nice and helpful. The place was clean and the AC was welcome on the warmer nights. The bed was comfortable and the price was reasonable.
Too small not well prepared and no hot water.
It's ok but no hot water. There were ants and it's too hot in the bedroom. Bathroom is way too small. Close to place is a plus. Ok for couple or a single person but not a family of 4.
I am so sorry to read such a terrible comment from a tenant that I barely have met: they were in mura only for 2 nights, 4 people. The apartment is actually quite small but I have had many 4 guests in these years and nobody never complaint .... The luck of hot water was certainly due to the fact they touch the wrong switch for the boiler. We explain that all the time during check in and it is also written in the documents inside the apartment. They never called me to ask what was the problem. The ants may have come on the last day if some food has fallen on the floor, the apartment is on ground floor and in summer it may happen if you do not clean the floor....
I do nor understand how it can be too hot since there is aircon in the apartment...
Last but not least the tenants have paid less than 25 euro per person per day...
From the Airport of Rome Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) it is possible to take a taxi directly to the flat (45 euro) or take the urban train from the airport to the Termini Railroad Station and hence a bus 360 to the apartment up to Piazza Epiro, then it is walking distance (100 m). The route train+ bus is of about 1 hour. From the airport of Rome Ciampino it is possible to take a taxi (35-40 euro)or a shuttle that reaches the Termini Railroad Station, hence the bus 360to the apartment up to Piazza Epiro, then it is walking distance (100 m). The route train+ bus is of about 45 minutes.
You will feel you have chosen the ideal place to visit Rome: you only need a good pair of shoes since everything is walking distance. In the morning you can drink a cappuccino and cornetto at the bar round the corner in the same building, in the evening you could sit in the open air restaurant Romolo e Remo 150 m from the apartment or eat a pizza at the taverna dei Quaranta in front of the Colosseo.
