Why Enrico and Elena chose Borgo Antico
This is a family home, built in the 60s by our uncle. In restructuring we kept as far as possible its furnishings and ... his spirit!

Great place to stay when you’re visiting Cinque Terre. The house has the best view. Loved it.
The hosts are so lovely to work with and the manager of the property, Fabio, gives the best advice. We loved our stay. The view we had on our private balcony made it hard to leave. The house is so close to everything and it was so nice and clean and comfortable. We would definitely go backb
Best place in Cinque Terre
This place is amazing with the perfect location. It's easy to find and the views are amazing !! Fabio is amazing and very helpful. Only thing wrong was I needed more time here!! I want to go back!!
Fabulous views and perfect location
WOW-what a place to stay for my 30th birthday! You could be happy just sitting on the terrace all day and watching the people walk by and the boats come and go. The location was fabulous and we hope to return one day! Fabio the property manager was great and has a delicious adorable bakery. Thank you !!
Excellent Property, Great View, Great Stay
The property is wonderful and worked perfectly for our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers). The view from the back deck is fabulous and I believe the best view of a rental property in Monterosso. It was great to relax on the deck that looks over the beach of the Old Town. Everything inside the property worked perfectly. Overall a great stay and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Perfect Cinque Terre home base
This lovely home is perched on a small cliff overlooking the sea with unhindered views. It is practical, clean, and central to both the wonderful old town of Monterosso and the train station. The house has everything you need for a delightful stay in the Cinque Terre. Fabio was a great pleasure to work with.
Didn't want to leave
This house was perfect! Amazing view, great location - perfectly situated between Old Town and New Town. We enjoyed everything about our stay. We will be back!
Cinque Terre: the eastern Ligurian Riviera between Cinque Terre and Portovenere is a cultural site of outstanding value, representing the harmonious interaction between people and nature to produce a landscape of exceptional scenic quality that illustrates a traditional way of life that has existed for a thousand years and continues to play an important socio-economic role in the life of the community - UNESCO. The Cinque Terre are five tiny, picturesque villages – Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso – carved into the rocky coastline of Italy’s Liguria region.
Cinque Terre Trails: the trails within the Cinque Terre National Park were built not for recreational purposes, but rather as transportation routes between agricultural land, villages and sancturaies. A hike along these paths will not only offer you the chance to view breathtaking scenery, but will also give you a look into the past of this beautiful and unique area of Italy. Follow the footsteps of worshipers who for centuries climbed these paths to reach the hillside sanctuaries. Retrace the routes of the locals who traveled on foot and with mules to deliver their wine and grapes to nearby villages. There is so much to explore and discover!
Cinque Terre Marine Protected Area: is a site of the UNESCO environmental and cultural world heritage, was created to protect the natural features, the value and peculiarity of the submerged and emerged territory. In the relatively small seabed of Cinque Terre, several species share the vital space: they include species that is difficult to find elsewhere in the Mediterranean and a marine fauna among the most varied and rich of Liguria.
Monterosso: is the biggest and the oldest of the Cinque Terre’s villages. It is divided into 2 parts: the old and the new village. The biggest beach of the entire coast is situated here: because of this, it is the most visited town, and then in evenings there are much more entertainment activities here than in the other villages.
Vernazza: is the most beautiful of all the Cinque Terre’s villages, even considering that in 2011 it has suffered the most from flood. The most beautiful pictures of the village can be taken from the glade on Path #2: Vernazza - Monterosso. A very picturesque landscape.
Corniglia: is the smallest and the highest of the Cinque Terre five villages. It is the only town that does not have a seaport. It is very difficult to reach by car, so the only options available are either by train or by foot.
Manarola: is the second village of the Cinque Terre on the side of La Spezia. It is only 500 meters from the first village. The station is also separated from the town by a tunnel, now it is much more spacious and beautifully designed inside.
Riomaggiore: is the first village of the Cinque Terre on the side of La Spezia. The main town is separated from the railway station and the wharf by tunnels, so it can be said that the town is divided into three parts: the railway station (from which the famous Way of Love starts), the old town and the wharf (which has a mooring and a small rocky beach).
