Condominium is ground level private parking space. Master bedroom has a queen bed, with two closets. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a dresser. Sleeps 4 comfortably with one full bath. Kitchen has all appliances. We provide 2 foldable beach chairs. Coin operated laundry room on site. Two common outside sitting areas one on facing the Gulf of Mexico the other facing Gulf Blvd.

A Little Gem on Indian Rocks Beach

We absolutely loved our stay here. This lovely two bedroom condo is cozy but has a HUGE kitchen area. It was very clean and well stocked with toiletries and toilet paper. Best of all, it is only a few footsteps to the beach!!! We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location

Nice little beach cottage in a fantastic location. Well equipped with lots of beach chairs, it is just steps from beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. It has a shared patio to watch sunsets on the gulf. The area is very convenient with short walks to bakeries, coffee, pizza and seafood. The host/owner was very responsive to our needs/concerns, always getting back to us quickly. It’s a winner.

Perfect location without being ocean view!!!

This property is located right on the beach !!! A few short steps out the back door and you are on the most beautiful beach in the area. It doesn’t even matter that you do not have ocean views from the condo!!!! Condo was clean, cute and perfect for a weeks stay. Area is safe and parking is secure and gated. Owner was responsive to anything I needed and I would definitely stay again!!!!! Very reasonably priced for location!!! The property sits directly on the beach !!! I loved my stay and wished I could have stayed longer !!!!!
