Beach, optional private parking (please verify the rate on the website owner), option monthly rent winter months (visit the owner's website), pool, community playground, 2 bedrooms, air conditioning, TV & satellite (free channels of ASTRA / HOT BIRD), DVD, CCTV, fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies. All shops nearby. New construction. Weekly rental. Price according to season (from 385 à 560 euros / week, all expenses included). All arrival and departure possible from September to June. Person in charge of cleaning upon arrival and departure, delivery of keys, bonds and state of the place and of any problems during your stay. Speaks Spanish, French, English. Location: Spain, Andalucia, Costa del Sol, Axarquia between Malaga and Nerja, Torre del Mar. By car: 15 min. De Nerja. 30 min. Malaga, ancient city and its international airport. Less than 2 h. east to Granada, the Alhambra and the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada and the Costa Tropical.

"Hello Rafael,

The appartement was perfect, all equipment you need was there.The welcome was perfect.Yuo gave all the information we needed at that moment. You even put the fridge full of very tasty articles, because you want that your tenant feel directly at home. Perfect.

We advice any other teneant to rent this appartment and then we didn''t speak about the surrounding of Malaga/Torre del Mar. Very good. Our compliments and greetings. Maybe we meet again in future.

Saubere Anlage, schöne Wohnung

Wir haben letztes Jahr unseren Urlaub in diesem Apartment verbracht. Zunächst muss ich sagen, dass die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt ist. Ich hatte zuerst bedenken, die haben sich aber sofort aufgelöst. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, und hat bereits Obst, Wasser und andere Kleinigkeiten zum Essen eingekauft als wir ankamen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Desweiteren verfügt die Wohnung über einen sehr guten Samsung Fernseher, mit dem man auch deutsche Programme empfangen kann. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone, wobei jedoch der Plastiktisch und die Plastikstühle auf dem Balkon nicht zum Gesamtbild passen und eher etwas billig wirken. Auch die zwei Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Wer mit einem Auto kommt, der wird die Tiefgarage sehr schätzen. So besteht nicht die Gefahr, dass das Auto in der Nacht geklaut oder beschädigt wird. Die Nachbarn waren sehr ruhig, die Klimaanlage temperiert die Wohnung auch bei 40 Grad im Sommer innerhalb weniger Minuten auf angenehme 22 Grad. Das einzige große Manko war für mich das Doppelbett, welches man Hochklappen kann, um darunter diverse Haushaltsutensilien zu verstauen. An sich ist das eine gute Idee, jedoch hat das Doppelbett dadurch keinen Lattenrost und das wirkt sich enorm auf die Schlafqualität aus, das es das gleiche Gefühl ist, als wenn man die Matratze auf den Boden legt und darauf schläft. Angesichts des Gesamteindruckes kann ich die Wohnung trotzdem jedem Empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder, denn eine solch saubere und gepflegte Wohnung ist im Süden Spaniens alles andere als selbstverständlich!

Owner's Response: Vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt September letzten Jahres . Froh zu wissen, dass die Wohnung war sauber genug. Leider hat Balkonmöbel Plastikstühle und Stahltisch mit Glas . Der Winter regen nass die Möbel , wenn die Markise nicht gesenkt. Plastik, Stahl und Glas sind die beste Option. Ich bedauere, dass die Latex-Matratze hat ihn vom Schlafen gut verhindert . Ich hoffe, ein anderes Mal wiederkommen.

Excellent communication, 3 minutes drive from the highway, quiet, surrounded by gardens and parks, and 650 meters from the seafront!Balcony with afternoon sun, sea salt pool, open (except for technical reasons) from beginning of April until end of October! and from 10:00 h. until 23:00 h.
