This is an air-conditioned, fully furnished townhome which includes a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, cable, 56 inch hdtv projection tv, ceiling fans, king size beds in two bedrooms and a queen in the third. Don't forget a logoon style pool! There is a full service marina next door for charters, bait, gas...Everything you need. Just so you know, we don't allow your boat for more than a week at a time. You are tucked away in a quiet, deep water cove, minutes by boat to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy 10 foot ceilings on the 1st floor of the townhouse and 9 feet on the second!
Leigh and I moved to Florida full time last year from the Midwest. We love this part of Florida for it's incredible fishing and unbeatable beaches. We have 3 children, all living in the area as well.

Tarpon season runs from May 1st thru July 5th and November 19th thru November 27th. If you are a fisherman, you won't want to miss our sport fishing. And if you enjoy eating your catch, try our famous redfish, snapper, snook, cobia, sea bass, grouper and many more. Guides are available at the neighboring marina as well as bait and gas if you're taking your own boat! Remember, this home comes with dock space steps from your back door. There is room under the house for your trailer and your vehicle as well!
We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo in Placida. You couldn't ask for a better location. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. We vacation every summer in Boca Grande and this condo was one of our favorites! The owners were so accommodating and always quick to reply to any questions we had during our 10 day stay. We loved having our boat so close behind the condo which made it so convenient loading and unloading all of our fishing gear each day. I can't say enough great things about this place! We will definitely rent again.
My family had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation property in May 2015. The weather was very nice and the fishing was wonderful. We caught lots of snook, trout, redfish, mangrove snapper and flounder. Our biggest snook topped out at 42"! The unit was very comfortable and had everything we need for out 10 day stay. The owners checked on us several times to make sure we were having a good time. The condo is tastefully decorated and met our every need. The dockage for my boat was great and included fresh water, electricity, and fishing cleaning tables. The condo also included a gas grill that we took advantage of several times. The pool across the parking lot was always very clean and was the perfect end to a wonderful day of fishing. We will most certainly be back in the near future. Close by was the Publix and several nice restaurants that we visited. The Zydeco Grill is always great and Mama"s in Englewood is also very affordable. Just over the bridge is beautiful Gasparilla Island and Boca Grand. There is also several golf courses in the area if you are so inclined.
We had a wonderful stay in Placida, FL at this Angler's Way condominium. The condo is very spacious and well decorated. It was equipped with everything we needed. It is in a great location right next to a marina that can provide everything you need for fishing and boating. We loved the more laid back culture of the are and much less congestion compared to areas further north in FL. The inter coastal waterway is beautiful and wildlife abounds. We saw dolphins daily. The condo pool is great and the local beaches are pristine with lots of shells and shark teeth to be discovered. Rhonda and Leigh were easily accessible and very helpful. We had a great time in a beautiful and peaceful area. Local restaurants are limited but good. Nearby Inglewood, Venice and Punta Gorda are all worth the visit and offer even more restaurant options. You won't be disappointed with this location. Additionally, many golf courses located within 15 minutes or less drive time with very affordable golf. Our favorite beaches and restaurants were on Boca Grande. Easy to get to across the causeway. Make sure you don't miss it. We would definitely do this again at this condo.
We had a fabulous time at Angler's Club. The condo was perfect for 3 friends and 1 little dog. We especially enjoyed the porches for sitting and reading. Having 2 restaurants as well as a couple of stores within walking distance was great. We also used the walking path on Placida Rd for morning walks. The pool was always clean and inviting with plenty of chairs for relaxing. The landscaping and water birds were amazing! We are definitely planning a return visit!
The Angler's Club is very secluded because it's in a gated area with 32 waterfront townhomes! The property is surrounded by water and mangroves. It's your own paradise with a beautiful pool and outdoor fire area a few steps away! It's Tucked away in a quiet, deep water cove beside one of Florida's best preserved islands, the Angler's Club is the perfect place for your vacation. The look is 'Key West Conch' with clapboard facades in traditional shades plus gables and shutters, gingerbread trim, metal roofs, expansive porches and white picket fences. Amenities include a walking promenade, lagoon style pool and clubhouse. It's located just minutes from the world renowned fishing of Boca Grande, championship golf, white sandy beaches and wilderness walks and just a 10 minute drive to historic downtown Boca Grande. It's also a short drive to the Charlotte County Fairgrounds and Sports Complex (training home of the Tampa Bay Rays).

Pets are excepted for an additional minimum charge of $150 per week, depending on the size and breed.
Cleaning fees are an additional $125, unless you decide to complete the cleaning checklist yourself.
If you cancel 30 days in advance you get your deposit and any money you've paid. If you cancel any closer to your reservation date we will refund your money if we can get the property rented.
Your deposit needs to returned with your contract. 70% is due 45 days before your stay. The remaining 30% is due 2 weeks prior. You can mail the check with your contract or email the scanned copy and pay using Pay Pal. Use my email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you click "pay family and friends" there will be no fee from Pay Pal.
