About Michael Quinlan
I am a Home Builder, traveler, music fanatic, and true NOLA lover. I built this house to provide comfort, security, and beauty for our guests. Enjoy it!
Michael Quinlan purchased this House in 2014
Why Michael Quinlan chose Leonidas
This house is a true testament to the magical flora and fauna of NOLA. There isn't a moon brighter or a better patio to admire it from. The star jasmine is more equisite than any tropical flower in Hawaii. Most importantly, you cannot pass up the opportunity to pluck a fresh lime from the back yard for your Margarita! Everything special about New Orleans is exemplified in our home and our neighborhood. It is a place of beauty, depth, joy, and individuality. The music and culture are as endless as the fantastic food and friendly people.
What makes this House unique
Our house is modern New Orleans with its new interiors and improvements. However, it is still a beautiful sanctuary full of comfort, peace, and joy....not unlike New Orleans herself.

Great home in a super location
Our extended family group was in town for Tulane's graduation, and this home suited us quite nicely. Cute and clean, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful yard, and easy parking. Loved the master bedroom with balcony, and the master bath! The location is so convenient, an easy shot to everything Uptown, including Audubon Park, Tulane and Loyola, and the shops and restaurants on Magazine. Also, so nice to be able to walk to Jacques-Imo's and many other great spots! Quick drive to everywhere else. Hope to stay here again!
Great house, great uptown location, easy to park and walk to local favorites for music and dining.
We loved the location! The house is beautiful and in a nice quiet neighborhood but within walking to great local faves like the Maple Leaf and Jacque - Imos.
Nice outdoor patio to enjoy coffee or cocktails. The 2 queen beds were comfy the twin/full bunk really better suited to young kids vs adults. No complaints regarding the downstairs convertible couch. We filled all spaces available and enjoyed our stay!
Michael responded quickly to all questions even tho it was jazz fest weekend.
We loved the art work in the home and would stay here again.
Wonderful house in great location
Wonderful house in great location.
Great house, best neighborhood in Nola, can walk to a lot of awesome restaurants and bars.
I would recommend this house to anyone. Best neighborhood in Nola and some of the best restaurants and bars right down the street.Parking was easy and walking through the neighborhood was great.
Spacious and great location.
Perfect location for easy access to everything we wanted to do in the city. Plenty of room to spread out. The back yard and covered patio were just right for enjoying a crawfish boil. Michael was super accessible and easy to work with. We would love to stay again for Mardi Gras next year!
Great property, great location!
We were a muti-generational group of 7 first-time visitors to New Orleans and loved this house, particularly the location and easy access to the most popular streetcar, the St. Charles line. Our only disappointment was not being able to enjoy the backyard or 2nd floor deck off the master bedroom, due to the chilly weather. The owner was easy to reach prior to our arrival and during our stay. You'll find all you need in this property as it is amply supplied with housewares/linens and even condiments in the fridge. That was a nice surprise! We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in New Orleans.
