There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with an inviting open floor plan from new kitchen to living area. New wood floors. A wonderful screened front porch allows a limited water view of the intercoastal to watch the boats go by. Bedroom one - queen size bed. Bedroom two - 2 twins. Bedroom three - 2 twins. Also brand new Queen pullout couch in living room and queen blowup mattress for extra sleeping. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Attractions - Beautiful white sand beach is a 5 minute walk away. Fishing off a pier in the park a block away. Beach trolley on Gulf Boulevard, 2 blocks from house which can take you anywhere you would like to go along the beach, from Clearwater to Treasure Island, home of Johns Pass Village, a quaint waterfront area of shops, restaurants, and fishing charters. Also restaurants and shopping in walking distance of house. Miniature golf about a mile away. See Winter the Dolphin at the Clearwater Aquarium. Under an hour away you can find Busch gardens and Adventure Island water park Approximately 25 miles from Tampa International Airport, 100 miles to Orlando/Walt Disney World. Flexible
Our stay at this home was fantastic. The house perfectly suited our needs, was extremely clean and comfortable and was a very close walk to the beach which was not over crowded. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. The neighbors were welcoming and friendly. The owners are easy to work with and accommodating. We would definitely recommend others to stay and would come back again when we are in the area.
We have rented in this area a few times but this was the first time renting this house. We loved it. Everything was new and clean. The owners were very easy to work with. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. We really felt at home and not at a rental place. Definitely going to return.
The white sand beach is only a 5 minute walk with a parking pass for a private beach access lot if you want to take your vehicle. A public park is a short 3 blocks away with a small pier for fishing in the bay, or a large municipal pier in the Gulf of Mexico is about 1 mile away. Withing walking distance are local restaurants such as The Friendly Tavern and Beach Pizza. Also The Candy Kitchen with home-made ice cream and old fashion candy! Also a 7-Eleven and Bait shop, along with several souvenir shops. A park just down the block with raquetball and a childrens area, plus a large mini-golf facility about a mile north. Within driving distance are several more restaurants, such as the Five Star Salt Rock Grill, The Conch Republic Grill, P.J.'s for seafood and many more. About 2 miles south you can visit Johns Pass Village, a unique shopping and dining area along a boardwalk on the water. With many restaurants and shops, they also charter boats, jet ski's, parasail, etc! A great place to visit and spend a few hours. You can even ride the Beach Trolley there! Tampa is a 45 minute drive, where you can visit Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, a fun water park. Orlando is approximately a 2 hour drive with Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.
