2 bed apartment. Master bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet. 2nd Bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate bathroom. Sofa bed in lounge. Large balconies with sea views. Outside dining with room for 6 people. Sun lounges and deckchairs. BBQ area on balcony. Fitted kitchen with oven, hob and microwave. TV and DVD with DVD library and satellite TV. Lift to apartment. Undercover parking space.

Airport Transfer: Airport Transfer is available on request. Hire cars are available locally and can be much cheaper than from the airport especially at peak holiday times. However the transfer charges from Larnaca are around 50 Euros each way so depending on the size of your party the cost savings of renting locally versus airport rental charges should be taken into consideration.

Why Chris Creek chose Famagusta region

Paralimni took over from Famagusta as the regions capital after 1974.As such it has everything you would need. It's close to Ayia Napa and Protaras but quiet and peaceful. Supermarkets and the town centre are close within walking distance. Bus stop is close by.

What makes this apartment unique

Relaxing on the balcony looking over Famagusta Bay.Enjoying the sunsets with a cold drink! Quite area of town but close enough to beach resorts.

Lovely position and quiet

We hav stayed at this s apartment for the last eight years. We love the quiet and we can choose either to join the noise or stay on the verandah. Chris has been very good to us and we disappointed we are not able to commit to going this year. You can get up when you want and not confined to a timetable. Get this apartment booked you will love it !

would book again!

we spend one week with our 16 year old daughter and her friend in chris´s apartment. chris was very helpful and questions were anwered real quick via email. the apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday (with 2 teenagers the 2 bathrooms were very helpful :-) ) we used the spacious balcony in the morning and the evening. overall a good and inexpensive place to stay.

Home from Home

I have been going to Cyprus for years and have stay here for a number of them. I class the apartment as my second home, it has everything you need. This is the place that I go and chill I love it! I always hire a car but you could get away with not having one as there is a great bus service. It's about a 15/20 min walk to the beach.

best hol ever no more hotels for us

we have just got back 19/6/2011 and had a lovely time it was so quiet and the fact there was a lift as my husband can not walk very well was great, it was home from home we are so sad we only booked a week loved it.

Excellent value for money

I returned on Sunday from a week at the above property with a friend. We also had family visitors from Nicosia and none of us could believe what value for money we got.

The apartment was excellently equipped with everything you could need. I booked transfers through Chris Creeks Agent (the owner.} and all went smoothly. John Maxines husband was very helpful and showed us local bakery, church, butchers etc.

The apartment has a lovely distant sea view and is very quiet and relaxing. We sat having breakfast on the balcony in the early morning sun. There is an excellent local beach with only 20/30 people on it at any one time. Water is clear and very calm. Or a slightly busier beach further along. We walked to the small beach and it took about 15mins. You are only 1km from the Turkish border there.

There are plenty of bus services to all local places and to Nicosia. Bus station is in Paramalini.

From Protaras we took a 4hr boat trip to see the Famagusta Region and then swam at Cape Greco. It was on a boat called the Shirley Valentine. What a fantastic experience.

I cant praise enough the apartment and Chris, Maxine (his Agent) for the excellent way we were looked after. This is my third visit to Cyprus the first in 1970 when I stayed in Famagusta. The second to Phapos in the 90s. The area wher the apartment is is truly lovely anmd if I return to Cyprus, which I probably will, I will have no hesitation to book this apartment again. There were two of us but there is ample room for four people. Both my other holidays were in Hotels.

Holiday 2010

Just spent a great two weeks in Chris's apartment. It is in an excellent location, only a couple of minutes drive from Paralimni, Protaras, Dhyrenia and Napa, it only took me 45 minutes to get to Larnaca. It is extremely clean with a superb, large balcony overlooking the sea. It has all the equipment you need, the iron and washing machine were a great bonus. Would definitely stay next year if the apartement is still for rent.

On the outskirts of the town of Paralimni walking distance to the Old Town Centre and to a large modern supermarket. Nearest beach of Blue Water Bay is 2km away. Within easy reach of the fantastic beaches and night life of the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. PLEASE NOTE : MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS 1 WEEK.

Price is inclusive of reasonable use of Air Conditioning. Please do not leave the A/C's on when you are out. Renters will be liable for excessive electricity bills.

Ski: Winter skiing in the Troodos Mountains just over an hour away by car. A 4 wheel drive is advisable
