Siesta Key “Condo in Paradise” – Upscale Gulf-Front – Ground Floor- Washer/Dryer

Fisherman's Cove Condominiums have the best Location on Siesta Key! It is surrounded by water with the Gulf of Mexico on the west side and a private lagoon that leads to the inter-coastal waterway (ICW) on the east side. Swim, surf, boat, kayak, paddle board, fish, gather sea shells and shark’s teeth, or take long walks along the beach. Free boat dock provided outside your front door for trips on the ICW. Bring your own boat, or rent a boat locally for the duration of your stay and dock it here for free.

Our Condo (A106) has been totally renovated and professionally decorated with upscale beach themed furniture, appliances and accents. It's one of the best, if not the best, ground floor Condo at Fisherman’s Cove. Before you book another Condo at Fisherman's Cove, compare their rental rates against ours. Many owners of renovated Fisherman Cove Condos charge higher rental rates to recover their renovation costs, or charge for cleaning, we do neither. Our Condo has the best location in the middle of the condo building. This location is private, quiet and away from the public beach located next to the Corner Condo Unit at the northern end of our building, and away from the outdoor showers and walkways on the southern end. No need to use the public washer and dryer located on each floor. Our unit includes a brand new high end washer & dryer located in the master bedroom walk-in closet. It’s an upscale, desirable ground floor unit with beautiful water views from every room and spectacular sunsets. Enjoy day and nights with the refreshing sound of Gulf waves. No need to deal with elevators, stairs or walking around the outside of the building carrying beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas to the beach. Just walk out the rear Lanai door and directly onto the beach and beautiful azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk out the front door and onto your boat at the private lagoon which leads to the ICW.

Entire unit is beautifully updated, decorated and furnished. Imported 20” Porcelain tile flooring in every room. New modern fully equipped kitchen with GE Profile stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. Living area includes two ceiling fans, dining table and chairs, sleeper/sofa and love seat. The entertainment center includes a new Samsung 55" Ultra HD Flat Screen Smart TV (not shown in pictures) with HD cable service and upgraded package to include 250+ channels (most other units have basic cable with 40 channels and no HD TV). Entertainment center also has a Blu-ray/DVD player and stereo. Entrance to master bedroom has french doors (with blinds). Both the Master and guest bedrooms have new high quality mattresses and are tastefully furnished and decorated. Master bedroom has a new King size white bedroom set and 42" wall mounted flat screen HD TV. The guest bedroom has two adult Twin Extra Long beds that can be pushed together and used as a king size, if desired. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, flat screen TV’s and large closets (master has a walk-in closet). Master bathroom has floor to ceiling ceramic tile, granite counter-tops and a walk-in double shower. Guest bathroom has floor to ceiling ceramic tile, granite counter-tops and a tub/shower.

A new Washer/Dryer is provided for your convenience and lounge chairs, beach chairs, beach toys, fishing poles and coolers are provided for your enjoyment.

My wife and I are the owners of this condo and take pride in the way it looks. This is our only rental property and we personally use it. We consider it our home and you as our guests. We encourage you to call our cell phones any time if you have a question or need anything. In addition, Fisherman's Cove Association has a wonderful on-site management team and rental office. With other VRBO's you have to deal exclusively with off-site owners or a management company not located on the property. We, however, pay a full property management fee to Fisherman's Cove Association (nobody else does this) to ensure every one of our guests receive the same privileges and convenience as guests who rent directly from the Fisherman’s Cove Rental Office. As a result, you get twice the amount of customer service for no additional cost. You see, our goal is to not only provide you with the best Condo in Fisherman's Cove, but to provide you with the best customer service as well. If you have a special request, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. We’re sure you will love our "Condo in Paradise" and hope you will become a repeat guest, like so many others have.

Frank & Robyn Cammaroto - We live in New Jersey with our two daughters. We purchased this Condo in November 2014 from the original owner. This condo was never on VRBO for rental, until now. We made major renovations after our purchase, including adding an in unit washer & dryer which many units don't have (the washer dryer many units refer to is a coin-operated one located outside the unit in a public utility room). We also replaced much of the furniture and purchased high quality mattresses or all beds. We intend to use this condo 4-6 weeks per year and we are sure you will appreciate how comfortable our condo is. We want you to have a great vacation and if there is anything we can do to help, please let us know.

Condo in Paradise

Lovely first time stay on Siesta Key, Turtle Beach. We have been long time AMI spring breakers. With the rising cost of AMI and the increased busyness on the island we decided to look elsewhere. All we can say is, What's not to like!?!?!

We arrived just as the beach restoration in front of the condo was complete. AMAZING!!! This condo has it all, walk out to the beach from beautiful lanai or walk out front of condo to ICW with boat docks and kayak launch. We rented a boat and toured and fished the North ICW, we rented kayaks and paddled the Jim Neville preserve, so much wildlife to see!!! We also did some surf fishing and caught a shark! The beach was by far the best shelling we have had! The pool looked lovely...we were so entertained with the ICW and beach activities we never made it to the pool.

The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The new kitchen and bathrooms are a treat. Compared to many other rentals this kitchen is well stocked! It has plenty of cookware, a keurig coffee maker, and large frig with water/ice dispenser. The tile throughout is great for first floor condo with access to the beach. Sand is a given, but with the tile, clean up is easy. The guest bedroom was perfect for the kiddos. The ocean view master bedroom was large with nice walk in closet and washer/dryer.

Very well thought out and decorated condo!

Can't wait for our visit next year!

We recently completed major renovations and constantly upgrade appliances, cookware, furniture, artwork, bedding, etc to ensure we remain one of the nicest Condo's in all of Fisherman's Cove. Beautiful Gulf Condo

This is a beautifully refurbished condo with walk out to the beach and a lovely channel view on the back side. The new owners have spared no expense to upgrade all aspects of the condo including top of the line kitchen, windows and furnishings and small touches too numerous to mention. It gets better every year and we look forward to the next trip.

Exceptional accommodations

My kids and I had a terrific stay at Frank and Robyn's wonderful condo. Being within steps of the beach, I spent my mornings walking the beach with my coffee and evenings marveling at the beautiful sunsets! Frank and Robyn have resently updated their condo in a refreshing beach decor. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could prepare meals if needed and we could also walk to 2 nice restaurants. It was so handy to have a washer and dryer in the condo too! Frank was available for any questions I had. He made me feel like we had personalized care. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful vacation!!! Great for families!!!

We had such a wonderful vacation and were so sad when it was time to pack up and head home. The owner was incredibly accommodating and made himself available by phone/text whenever we had a question. The unit was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The location was perfect, especially for a family with small children as the beach was right out the front door so it wasn't a hassle getting back and forth with all the gear you need to lug with kids. The beach was so beautiful and the water warm and fever ally calm. We drove to the famous siesta beach one day just to see it but we were so glad we picked this unit in turtle beach instead as the long trek to the water on siesta beach would have been impossible with kids. And also the crowds just made it not worth it. The beach right outsude the unit was all we could have hoped for. We hope to return again and would definitely recommend this unit!

My family and I spent vacations at many different properties on Siesta Key before we decided to purchase at Fisherman's Cove and Turtle Beach. Siesta Key/Crescent Beach is beautiful and worth a day trip, but I would not trade our private Turtle Beach location for anything.

Car: recommended

Fisherman's Cove is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the quiet southern end of Siesta Key about 2.5 miles from the Stickney Point Bridge. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and shopping, boat, bike and kayak rentals are a 5 minute drive away. If you are interested in Theme Parks, Disney World is 1 hour 45 minutes away and Busch Gardens is 1 hour away.
